Louise was absolutely fabulous. Not pushy to make a sale at all. She was patient with us as we changed our mind a lot !. When we visited the store we were made…
When we visited the store we were made so welcomed by the staff especially Kerry , she gave us all the information we needed. On receiving the all the knowledge from her we then made the decision to purchase our choice of settees.

I was able to walk around and look at item's of interest,without being pestered or distracted.When i had a possible purchase in mind it was easy to signal for attention.

We always buy our sofa etc from DFS,quality is first class and the service is second to none. Unfortunately we chose the day their internet was having tantrums,not their fault. The whole process took longer than we bargained for but still over the moon with our purchases and the price. Highly recommended.
