Great experience from start to finish. There was no pressure or pushy sales at all. We were welcomed as soon as we walked in and asked if we knew what we were looking for. As we didn't, we were left to take our time and have a proper look around.

We were checked on twice, which was appreciated, without feeling interrupted. When we were ready and had some questions, we approached a member of staff who knew all the answers and was very reassuring. Excellent customer service throughout!

We visited DFS yesterday as I was looking for a new sofa for our new home, and I honestly can't praise Kelly enough. ❤️

From the moment we arrived, she was incredibly warm, patient, accommodating and understanding with both me and my boys. My children can sometimes find busy public places overwhelming, and I often find myself worrying that they're being "too much" or that other people are judging us. Yesterday, Kelly completely changed that feeling for me.

At one point, my son decided that several sofas needed a little rearranging 😂 He took the cushions off around 5 or 6 scatter-back sofas, put them all onto one sofa and then proceeded to happily jump/hump around on it! 🫣😂 Definitely not what most people would consider normal sofa-shopping behaviour!

I was genuinely mortified and ready to apologise, but Kelly immediately reassured me that the boys were absolutely fine and that they weren't causing a problem. She was so relaxed and accepting about it all, and never once made me feel embarrassed or like we were an inconvenience.

That kindness meant more to me than she probably realised. ❤️ When you're used to worrying about whether your children are making other people uncomfortable, having someone respond with such genuine understanding and acceptance is incredibly comforting.

Kelly was also extremely helpful when it came to choosing our sofa and made the whole experience enjoyable and stress-free.

DFS are very lucky to have someone like her. She is an absolute gem, and I really hope she gets to know just how much her kindness and patience meant to me and my boys. ❤️

We recently ordered a new sofa by the Pipps Hill store with the help of Kelly. From the second we walked in Kelly was informative helpful but not overbearing Kelly showed us the sofas and the ranges available in the style we were after and we made a decision that day we weren’t necessarily going to order a sofa straight away, but with Kelly’s help, we found the exact one we wanted.

Really helpful staff in particular Joe who talked me through my options in terms of colours, material etc.

Team were welcoming, friendly, answered all our questions and gave us space to make our final purchase decision. Excellent service and support.

Joe was very friendly and helpful. I knew what I wanted and didn’t want to be sold anything additional. Joe was very good at not being pushy which I find extremely irritating, he sold me what i wanted and didn’t waste either of our time. He was very knowledgeable and explained everything which was needed. Hopefully the sofa will be exactly what I wanted when it’s delivered in a week

Was welcomed by a very friendly lady called Dawn, she sis the right amount of assistance and letting me roam the floor on my own. Once the purchase was made she offered very efficient admin skills with clear explanations. Great customer service.

Dawn welcomed us at the front door and she helped us choose the right sofas. We were very happy with the service and she is a credit to DFS. She also offered us a drink, which was very nice.
