The range of style

Good friendly welcome by Dawn, asked if we’ve looked online and found anything specific? We had decided on a reclining sofa and we were shown where to look in the store. As we wondered around the store we saw a sofa we liked so we called Dawn over. Dawn sat with us and explained options to us colour/cloth or leather,cleaning products and extra cover under no pressure from Dawn.
We had been into few stores before here and felt pressured the moment we arrived! But not here we felt welcome and left to make our choice under no pressure
