Great selection and customer service
Went to DFS to look for a bed and mattress. Great Selection of beds and mattresses , well laid out. Customer advisor had great knowledge and was able to answer all our questions without being pushy. Glad to say we were able to purchase both bed and mattress with impressive delivery times compared to other companies.

Great service
Abz was extremely helpful and informative. He spoke me through all the options of the sofa I was interested in. I did request samples of the fabric and my only suggestion for improvement would be to send larger swatches of the samples as the ones I received were smaller than a credit card which made it slightly harder to pick a colour and in the store it didn’t have the swatch in the colour I wanted. However overall I was very happy

We have just ordered a 3 piece suite at the Basildon DFS Branch . Our assistant Dawn was very helpful and explained everything we wanted to know .
She then explained about the Sofacare package which certainly sounded a good idea so we have included that as well . The staff were all very friendly and we were also offered a coffee .10 /08 / 2026 .
