Order mistake
After I had made a mistake by ordering the wrong sofa (too big). I quickly called to cancel and fet the right sofa. The man on the end of the call was so patient with me as I changed my mind on the colour three times.
Thanks DFS for a lovely and quick service. Very friendly and helpful.

My wife & I needed a new sofa. The guys at DFS Plymouth left us alone to browse all the corner suites they had on display. We were only in the store 20 minutes before we found the one we both liked & it was so comfortable. We called over a guy to help with the next step. Made us feel very welcomed.
When we eventually made a decision we had everything explained to us and the transaction went very smoothly.
