Although the sofa i wanted was not on display in the store, the assistant, Andy was more than happy to place my order online as it was available in another store outside Sheffield.
Andy explained everything indepth regarding the stainguard and insurance cover.
Very good customer service.

Staff are so friendly here, A relaxed & easy going atmosphere with no hassle to buy,no pushy salesmen/ladies.Loads of room to look round & lots of furniture to choose from, all under one roof.Its situated in a convenient place for us with loads of parking.Whats not to like.
