Andy the salesperson . He made us feel welcome from the moment we walked in & didnt put us under any pressure at all . we were very undecided about 2 sofas we had gone to view. We could browse around the store without being pestered for a sale.
Once we had chosen the suite we wanted, the staff was very helpful and professional and answered any questions we had.
I would certainly recommend this store and the staff to my family and friends…

The man that helped us was a fantastic help! Made us feel very at ease. The whole process was very easy and smooth! Would highly recommend this man to other people. Explained everything to us thoroughly. 10/10 brilliant.

The staff member that served me (sorry i dont know his name) he was absolutely brilliant. He was very approachable and professional. He really helped me with my order and explained everything about the sofa and fabrics and delivery and the aftercare as well as informing me that i could take cover out on my new sofa for 5 years.
Overall i was highly satisfied with my experience shopping at DFS.
It was the 3rd time i had been to the Sheffield store to look at different sofas and try them out and every time i had great customer service from staff that really helped me with making my decision to purchase the sofa. Thank you

We visited the showroom to have a look at some sofas (never done this before but thank god showrooms still exist!). I was expecting pushy salespeople but that was not at all the case. They were there when we needed and left us to look the rest of the time. We settled on. The perfect sofa and they talked us through the options and paperwork. Excellent service, very easy and relaxed.

I was very impressed with the choice of products on show. We felt very at ease walking around the store and not being followed by over eager staff . When we needed help or info the staff were pleased to help. This is our 3rd time we have used DSF for our furniture.

Visited the Sheffield store three times before finalising our selection. On the first occasion two very helpful female assistants answered our questions and loaned us a tape measure.
On my second visit one male assistant was encouraged with a client, and two male assistants were holed up in the office, I left without advancing my project. During our third and final visit we engaged the assistant who had been busy earlier in the day, completed our selection, and purchased £2,500 worth of goods.

Absolutely amazing experience! The staff were incredibly kind, friendly, and helpful. They helped me so much, and I’m truly grateful for all their support and excellent service. I had a wonderful experience from start to finish. In my opinion, they are the best sofa company in the UK! Highly recommended. Thank you so much! ❤️
