Natalie dropped everything and assisted us straight away very politely and professionally, luckily we had visited before and knew which bed we wanted and with Natalie’s help and experience we very quickly knew which mattress was best for us. I would like to thank the staff Joseph who dealt with us when we visited the store in Sidcup. He was patient, very professional with good customer care. We were left to look around the store for some time before we were approached by one of the representatives, Joseph. He answered our questions and we were still undecided so he left us to make up our minds. In the end we agreed to purchase a recliner 3 seat sofa. He explained how it worked, and after completion we left. No pushy salesman which we were pleased about.
