Website easy to navigate and order. Found exactly what I wanted online after viewing the range instore. Order completed quickly and easily. Staff were polite and friendly instore but allowed us space and time to browse.

I had already decided earlier in the week which chair was right for me with the help of Nick (DFS), who sent me away with measurements. I went back with a book later in the week to have sit and read. I ended up spending approximately two hours sitting and talking with other customers and Gregg (DFS) who was fabulous - so much fun - got me coffee left me alone then came back later. He didn't push, excellent, decision made, we did the necessary, chose a fabric and colour, paid got a delivery date that suited me. Couldn't have been treated better - as usual. Thank you 😊

Overall. I wouldn’t use dfs again. I got a trek corner recliner, after a matter of weeks, it broke, “repaired” five times and 18 months later. I demanded my money back and to get the sofa out. I decided to get a credit note and got a new (not reclining corner sofa) footstall, coffee table rug and lamp and money back instead.

I’ll give the manager credit because he was great, listened and didn’t try to haggle or make me keep the sofa. He helped me massively and even stayed late in store so we could resolve the issue.

Overall, the quality of products is awful. and some (not all) repair engineers are bloody awful. Dan is the best one and knows his stuff. Either way, I won’t be using again.

Was looking for a recliner for my 89 year old mum.
Jason had all the knowledge in finding the perfect chair for my mum. He was patient & caring & treated mum with great respect.

Myself and my wife were looking for a new sofa and we had an eye on a few. We spoke with Gregg and he was very knowledgeable. Gregg helped us with different specifics of the different sofas which helped us pick the ‘Ada’. From that point Gregg was very helpful in helping us with the material and colour we wanted together with the care required for the sofa.
All in all myself and my wife were very satisfied with the customer service we received and we couldn’t speak more highly of Gregg and his assistance.

Jason was fantastic. We couldn’t have asked for better service. He is extremely friendly and knowledgable and this allowed us to go through with our order so easily. He made us feel very welcome and relaxed and it just made our experience very enjoyable. Honestly couldn’t recommend him enough.
