I was on the hunt for a discounted Rolex for my collection when I came across Diamond Brothers. The first thing that stood out to me was their 100% positive reviews. That’s where I met Ben. After discussing my options, he informed me that the watch I had seen online was sold, but he could find another one for me. I was excited when Ben managed to secure a replacement within 24 hours, especially given its rarity.

The next day, I went to collect the watch, and Ben was an absolute gentleman. The customer service was fabulous, and we closed the deal smoothly. However, the following day, I noticed a minor cosmetic imperfection, so I returned to see Ben. He was incredibly helpful and immediately offered to replace it without hesitation. I mentioned that I was going on holiday for three weeks the next day, and Ben kindly suggested I can wear the watch during my trip if i want to and come back to him afterward for the replacement.

When I returned, I contacted Ben, and once again he found another piece for me within 24 hours—this one even a year newer than the original! When I met him again, the watch was in pristine condition, exactly what I wanted for my collection. Ben facilitated a straightforward swap, and I can’t thank him and Charlie enough for their kindness and the exceptional buying experience.

I've encountered several high-end watch dealers, but I've never met anyone quite like Ben. If you’re looking for a Rolex, he has incredible connections and can help you find exactly what you need. Diamond Brothers will definitely be my go-to place for watches from now on!

Happened across Diamond Brothers whilst browsing for a pre-owned Rolex for my partner - ordered and paid then for a watch I knew she’d prefer with them - messaged to ask about swapping, etc and Ben immediately said “no problem” - watch dispatched, properly polished and prepared, same day - service, communications and product quality all absolutely outstanding! I went to Diamond brothers with a unique specification. I contacted them via instagram and they did not judge me without seeing me (like some established jewellers would). I gave my timeframe and the watch I was looking for was sourced much in advance of the time frame. Great communication and service provided. Thank you Ben for your service, it was a pleasure.

Ordered a ladies watch from these guys. They went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with the watch. Absolutely love the watch - came as described. Sent a video once the watch was polished and kept me updated. The came with the box and paperwork all in order, delivery was fast too. Extremely friendly and overall great experience.
