Posted my phone on Monday and money in bank Thursday, I can't fault the service , I will recommend to all my friends.

Overall, using this service was ok. Initially the packaging didnt arrive with me for 4 days. Then, when sent and i needed to check something with the order, i could not get hold of anyone for dear life. It is impossible to get through via telephone as no one answers at all. Emails it states reply within one working day but no one responds, or if they do it is 4 days later. However, that said, the funds were transferred into my bank account the day after the phone was received by the company and was the full amount stated on the order. All on all if there was easier communication via telephone and email my rating would have been higher.

A very straightforward process. Quality packaging sent for me to safely send my phone, with postage paid. I received the money I was quoted for, which was a fair price, straight to my PayPal account. No problems. No hidden nasties. I would 100% use again based on this experience.

I would recommend this company. It was easy to fill my details in online. The packaging came quickly to post off my phone. The packaging had three different parts to it to ensure the phone couldn't arrive damaged. I received my money promptly into my PayPal account.

Good service and an email sent to me to tell me the value of my phone had gone down due to a cracked camera lens, I hadn't even noticed that when I sent it to them but they emailed me a picture of it and I had taken a photo of my phone before I sent them it and I looked at mine and yes there was a crack there. The money was in my bank account the day after I accepted the new value. I would use again.
