Poor service
Poor service. Sent 2 phones early sept, took 2 weeks to send reduced amount chq for 1 phone after chasing it, they said it was an older model. The 2nd phone - no idea, dont respond to emails, dont respond to their contact us page, rarely answer phone and keep "looking into it". Wouldnt trust them

You sent two phones in, one was accepted but unfortunately the other was rejected as it was reported lost/stolen. Due to UK legislation, we cannot accept lost/stolen phones as the ownership is put into question. However, I can see the phone was returned to you.

Poor
Contrary to what it says in another review, they DO revise their prices. My offer was reduced by 47% because the battery was not in tip top condition. The battery! Not the phone - that was fine - but they didn't like the (working) battery. And their claim that they pay the same day? Forget it! They certainly reduced the offer the same day, but after I reluctantly accepted the new offer it still took them over 24 hours to pay. Was I impressed? No. Would I recommend them? Definitely no. Will I use them again? What do you think?

Best recycler ive used!
I have used digitalrecycling on many occasions and they have never let me down. They are true to there quote and do not revise the price unlike other recyclers. Would use again and definitly recommend!
