Fast and good prices paid
Really fast - they called me when they had a problem paying me - and I got the full price for both phones I sold. A very easy way to get £60+ into my bank account.
The checkout process is a bit lacking in information on the website itself (I've fed this back already) but the way it works is that once you've added your item to the basket and checked out, they then post you the packaging itself (a box and plastic sleeve) and email you the pre-paid packing slips.
Oh, and you don't need to send them the chargers or original boxes, if you're sending back a phone. Just the phone itself. Which is very handy.
Really good service and great prices paid.

So easy!
This is the first time I have ever recycled a phone and I shall certainly be doing it again in the future with Digital Recycle.
The amount offered for my phone was fair and one of the highest quotes given, the pre-paid postage/packaging arrived within a couple of days and payment was in my bank about 6 days after posting.
No fuss, easy to use and efficient. Could not have been easier.
