Shocking system, ask to update menu 3 times, they’ve done 1 item and left menu items on that are no longer available on the website so customers can see but do not allow you access to amend the back of house system

Poor!!!! Took £19:43 for food that the restaurant has to cancel due to problem in the kitchen. No reply to emails, put on hold on the phone. Rang the food place three times, no luck there either. Told owner is out the country.

Really poor service. Used several times now, the arrival period never updates and is therefore pointless. You can't contact anyone for help if the process goes wrong.

I would give 0 stars if I had the option. The pizza I ordered turned up with nothing on it. I'd created a bespoke pizza and not only were the added ingredients sparse, the main ingredient was almost entirely missing - cheese!
I rang the vendor, Pizza Napolena and requested a refund who told me I would have to return the pizza to get my refund. I sat for 2 hours with no one showing, then rang to find out what was going on. The guy said he'd been and knocked without response.
There is a bell. Why knock? The truth was he was talking nonsense.
Then he told me I had to make my issue up with dineorder!
While all this was going on I ordered a Dominoes and it turned up as promised, loooking and tasting as it should.
I tried to shop local but it was a waste of time and money.
DO NOT ORDER FROM DINEORDER.COM or PIZZA NAPOLENA. TERRIBLE SERVICE FROM START TO FINISH.

Absolutely shocking behaviour - we ordered i online to collect at a local takeaway and when we turned up they told us they never used this dine order app/ website - we had already paid so was extremely frustrated as we’ve now lost money due to the restaurant not refunding the order
We then called dine order “support team” who clearly need some training as they initially kept hanging up my calls, sounded super dodgy and then when I got through I was told we will get a refund in 3 working days! Here’s hoping but I’m not confident we will ! Avoid avoid avoid

Ordered a takeaway online and then received a call about 15 minutes later from this company to say that there were some technical difficulties and they could not fulfil the order and we would get a refund in two working days.
After 4 days I phoned them and they said the money had been refunded. After 6 days still nothing.
This company is a scam to get your money which they will never refund you. Interestingly they call you. There is nothing in writing except the receipt for your order so the onus is on you to prove that you did not get the takeaway.
Do not buy anything where this company is concerned
