Loose money working for TVS…
The company take 40% of your delivery earnings. They promised plenty of work yet never delivered this, was waiting hours for jobs throughout the days. Asked me to work a Saturday, which I said no yes but I only earned just over £20, and was probably at a loss if I count my fuel costs. The people who arrange the deliveries are unpredictable although the warehouse staff are good. That’s just the start of it, nothing but negative experiences and really recommend drivers find somewhere else.
I live local to the Huddersfield outlet…
I live local to the Huddersfield outlet ordered a tv on the 21 November a black Friday deal for £179 advised I could pick it up from Elland warehouse next day or have it delivered to Huddersfield for a £2.50 charge but for collection on the 3rd December OK I went for Huddersfield deal. Due collection date arrived not received any email confirmation so gave them a call, told item not in stock expecting a delivery of 150 rang day after still haven't got any stock (forgot to mention TV is listed on web as a stock item but £50 more) advised they didn't know when they were going to get delivery maybe not before christmas. Offered me a change of model at an extra charge no thanks got a refund. Anyway looked on the net found same set only in white at Costco for £159 free delivery anywhere and a free 5yr warranty suited me, set was for my granddaughter. I did had to sign up to Costco on line £15 for the year but still overall cheaper than the black Friday deal. If this tv is really in stock there just trying to screw extra £50 from customers

Cowboys liers advertising goods that they have no intention of selling the law will catch up with them very very soon I’ve reported them to trade standers and took very good advice on what to do .
worst companies ever
Bought a tv from them 2 years ago and as i was watching it .....it went black....no picture but i still had sound, looked on internet and found the fault and it wasnt looking good so i contacted both LG and direct tvs to tell them the situation...neither company was interested when they knew it was out of warranty......LG offered to fix it at my expense which was £130 whatever the fault which was ok BUT why should i pay for a repair when surely that component should have lasted longer than this. If this tv was fit for purpose at the start surely it should last at least 5/6 years. Of course, the seller knows that to take to a small claims court is a lot of hassle so they get away with this type of selling of cheap crap that last to the warranty then fails. For LG this is a good way of selling more units. I would not recommend LG or Direct tvs to anybody from my experience with there non existant customer service attitude of ......its LGs fault and LG saying its Direct tvs fault as well as saying its not our problem its out of warranty......WORST COMPANIES EVER AND BOTH SHOULD BE AVOIDED
SO BAD
SO BAD!
We've had Direct TV now for approximately 3 years. We were sold on the quality of the picture etc.... Getting a technician to our home was like an Act of God. Finally he came (no complaint with the technician), but had at least 45 confirmation calls leading up to the services.
Anytime we have an issue, we are on hold for anywhere from 15-45 minutes. This company needs a lot of help.

Terrible product worse customer service
Bought an 'A' graded refurbished UHTV, ot arrived the next day. From then on the problems began, the display did not display colours correctly. The built in chromecast function did not work and the smart functions kept loosing connection and not working. Contacted customer service and was told to deal directly with Philips to resolve issue. They were unhelpful also, long story short calls back amd forth to both companies to get a resolution for 10 weeks before direct tvs agreed to accept a return to assess 'if' the tv was faulty. Which they then tried to make me pay for return courier costs. Eventually after 11 weeks and lots of correcting them on their responsibilities to the consumer goods act I finally received a refund. A hugely frustrating and unacceptable length of time to resolve.
Would not recommend dealing with this company to anyone.
Faulty goods is nothing - wait until you here about their customer service
In a nutshell .
Bought 55 inch TV November 16 - Faulty in early February 2017
Phoned as warranty said would be fixed or exchanged in 24 hours .
(This is a pack of lies)
Was asked to Phone Warranty Company directly as they could not handle this for me
Warranty company asked for TV serial number so my wife had to lift the TV off the wall to get this .(I work away)
Warranty Company stated they would phone warehouse.
Warehouse stated none in stock and no idea when they would have new .
No engineers on call and they did not know of any 24 hour exchange policy
Phoned direct TVs who said nothing we can do ! You will just have to wait
Now over two weeks and still no TV
Bad Customer Service. Frustrated and Disappointed.
I recently bought a television from this company. I wasn't too sure at first but a few good reviews online and a small tidy company they got my vote of confidence.
I purchased a refurbished television. The television was graded A1 and described nothing what was wrong with the television or had been. But it was to be in complete working order.
The television was delivered in good time however when receiving the television it was poorly and i mean very poorly wrapped. This consisted of a few pieces of bubblewrap and a little bit of cardboard. The cardboard was bashed everywhere with openings everywhere where the cardboard had ripped ( i took photos). Thankfully the tv was bubble wrapped or anything could have happened.
I have recently moved house, i took the tv home, unpackaged the tv and then switched it on. Fine. Looks like its working. Red lights on. Great! Turned it straight off and left the new house (which i have not moved into yet).
6 days later i go to turn the television on with the remote and all you can hear is buzzing and then 5 minutes later the television turns off. Im annoyed! I turn the television off at the mains, switch it back on to find the tv still not working. You can hear sound but no picture!! So in a nutshell, the tv is faulty...
I ring direct tvs and i get put through to a very not so helpful woman. She sounds like she's never switched on a television before never mind have any interest or knowledge on what the hell im telling her regarding the television. I tell her the item is faulty and i want to return it, she says no i cant do that and i need to speak to Philips to get an engineer out to sort the problem and she can transfer me to them. Can she not sort this for me? Why have i received a faulty television yet im going to have to use my own time to sit in a que waiting to speak to someone in a call centre , to someone i didnt even purchase the television from. I tell her i want to send the telelvision back they sent out faulty and i want a full refund. She says i can send it back but it would be at my own cost!!!! So, i order a television, i pay for the television, tv direct send me a faulty and broken television and they want ME to pay for the delivery to send it back and not just any delivery !! It apparently has to be recorded!! What kind of customer service is this?? What would this woman do if she recieved faulty goods? Expect to spend her own money sending it back. Just to add the lady was very obnoxious and offered little help!!
To conclude this i rung Philips which offered better help. They are sending an engineer in the next 48hrs to have a look at the television. So i am having to take time off now to let these people in! Who knows if they can fix it! I hope so. So not only did Direct Tvs send me a faulty television , i now have to wait for another company to come and try and fix it!
If you want to buy cheap then use this company but in all honesty, it isnt worth it! The customer service is poor, the delivery is poor and the product has been poor! You may aswell pay more and get a better and working tv which i am regretting now. I would of loved to use this company more and i was going to. Regarding getting a new fridge , washing machine etc for the new house but i would never use this company ever again. It was their faulty product they sent me (which they apparently tested) which i now have to the hard work of sorting it out.
Oh and not forgetting the tv came with no power lead and remote with run out batteries!
DONT GO NEAR THESE, TRY SOMEWHERE ELSE!!
A good place to buy
I believe DirectTv is a good place to finance electronic, about the quality products I'm buying I can say: I'm very satisfied XD
First time I had a bad time with the delivery, I didn't receive any help as they can not add a flat number on the postage label, second time, which is the time being, did come very well, ordered a 4k tv before sleeping, as soon i got up in the morning the tv was here, just amazing XD

DIRECT TVS. Horrible company. Horrible service. please never buy anything from here.
My smart TV got delivered. It was faulty out of the box. Arranged for direct tvs to pick it up an get a full refund. I repackaged the TV back in its original packaging. It got damaged in transit back to their warehouse. They are not refunding me anything. They are sending me my faulty/ now smashed smart TV back to me. I am fuming. They was rude. Not helpful. Easily my worst ever consumer experience pls, Pls avoid this company..
Quick service

nice tv few teething problems
Fast and friendly delivery, one problem that I have is that the TV won't pick up certain channels, before my old TV picked up everything ITV, channel 4 and 5 is very poor quality, picture keeps breaking up but apart from that the TV is nice
Good service
Easy to use online shopping very good price and quick delivery arrived in 2 days 5days earlier than estimated the down side is the delivery costs which when included in. The cost brings it in line with competitors but overall excellent
Brilliant service, expert delivery
Nice smooth experience from start to finish. Had the TV I was after, ordered, paid, and then delivered by a professional furniture handling company. Perfect.
Great service
Ordered an A2 TV was most impressed with the care taken to pack and get the TV delivered. I have to say the TV looked brand new to me only thing missing was the instructions but this was simply over come by down loading them.
I will be ordering again when I need to.
Tv has gone missing.
Although it is the courier at fault why do direct tv use this company? Panther deliveries have no idea (or care) where my tv is and neither they or direct tv can do anything until some kind of scan is performed. I cant even get a refund.
I have fulfilled my end of the deal, i expect my goods in return not excuse after excuse. I paid for one day delivery and it will be at least one week late.
I will never use either of these companies again and will advise anyone i know to do the same. I will also review on sites like this.
Terrible
Our TV should have been delivered a week ago and still no sign of it.
This was was one of the easiest , most straightforward and QUICK transactions I've encountered. I'm very happy with my goods received, a beautiful samsung led tv .
As stated in title , my purchase of a samsung led tv from directtvs was very quick , the whole process taking about five to ten minutes online , if that. I had never dealt with directtvs before but I'm very pleased that i have now ) The value for money is amazing , the service superb . I could even track my delivery on the day. I could see where the driver was on the map . Thank you directtvs . I'm one very happy customer. I'll recommend you to fiends or family . Or anyone who asks me . Thanks again.
