The TV arrived far more quickly than I has expected, well-packed and in perfect condition.

I found that the Salesperson (Lee Pilling) had a first class knowledge of the product and was able to advise me about it's technical properties and possible downsides as well which I found to be very helpful in making my choice. The product was available to collect one full month prior to the original estimate and carried a 5 year manufacturer's guarantee so overall I am happy with the service.

Having ordered before from Appliance Direct - and had a great experience - was really pleased to have exactly the same with Direct TVs. Kept me very well informed from the moment I placed the order for my new 4K TV and delivered exactly when they said they were going to. Can't fault them at all.

had been waiting for over two weeks with currys only to be told they could not get me the tv I wanted. Ordered with directtvs after some deliberations only to find the tv here a day later. Excellent customer service and tracking. Only thing I have seen better with other companies is the courier service the use give you a one hour time slot. But overall excellent experience

No problems at all, which is how I like my shopping experience. Knew what we wanted and best price was with DirectTVs. Ordering was easy and delivery very prompt. Chap phoned to check on order and explain delivery (but really to try to sell extended care insurance--but without pressure and we declined). Overall very satisfactory. I don't expect to buy another TV soon, but I noticed that there are a number of related "Direct..." sites, and I will certainly try them.

The web site details were comprehensive but the ordering was easy, televison price was the lowest we could find and the delivery was as promised.

Ordered through interest free finance, got my TV on the date I requested, the delivery guys rang me 2-3 times on the day to let me know where they were up too and even delivered it next door on my request.

The only minor issue was having to deal with the pushy insurance sales call from the shop, I must have spent a good 5-10 minutes saying I didn't want it but he kept trying, in the end he gave up.

I would use again based on the price and the interest free finance option

We had looked at TVs in Curry's PC World and several other High Street shops, who never appeared to have the TV that I wanted - either over spec'd or under spec'd.
Quick review of Direct TV website, great range of makes and models at very competitive prices - ordered on the Saturday / delivered on the Tuesday - great service well delivered.

Cheap and best do not normally go hand in hand but that is the only way to describe my experience of directtvs. Having done all my research and trawled the internet for a Panasonic NeoPDP VIERA TX-P46S20, Directtvs came in with the lowest price, even up to £300 cheaper than some competitors (particularly high street retailers). As it was a new model nobody had it in stock yet (watch out for those thet say they do - make a call and check is my advice if you're looking at a new model). I rang up and was told within a couple of weeks, they already had a couple pre-oredred and were confident i would get mine from their first delivery. Delivery date confirmed within 10 days, excellent customer service and communication throughout the process. The Tv is fantastic, we love it. Would definitely use Directtvs again.

Quick easy top quality service and fast delivery thank you

Ordered a Sony TV stand and speaker system (SUB460S) and it was delivered 20 hours later. The ordering process, price and overall service just could not be faulted. The goods were a minimum of 50% cheaper than other retailers and in many cases considerably more so. I would have no hesitation in recommending this company

I had to purchase my TV instore in order to get a 5 year warranty with it, so I called up and they price matched for me and reserved the TV. I went in the next day and paid and then at 10am the next morning the TV was delivered by friendly delivery guys. The product is fantastic and I would highly recommend this company.

Wondered what the catch would be when I found greatly discounted Dr.Dre. Beats on this site (18th birthday present from one of my son's to the other). They both loved them and they arrived very quickly (so no fear of waiting around in the hope they arrive before the actual birthday, which is quite often the case with us). My only moan would be that all postage was almost £10, with no option to select standard delivery. This site has gone into my Favourites though and I'll definitely be using them again. Thank you so much, this was the only thing my son wanted to get his brother yet it was out of his budget, so everyone's happy. Yet to see what happens if anything goes wrong with them though.

After many attempts to get an item purchased on the internet collected from their branch (which is an allowed option) I finally gave up and purchased elsewhere.

Their phone service is iffy, did get some helpful staff but also one individual who was abrupt and not helpful at all.

Customer services are very good and helpful although this did not result in the item being located and sent to the branch for collection as they requested and they seemed to be at a loss as to where it had gone.

So I gave up after attempt two at getting the item transferred and decided that there are other retailers out there that could benefit from my business. Sure enough 2 days later I have the item I wanted.

I have purchased from them before and that did work out ok so maybe its an isolated incident, but maybe not!

On the plus side, no quibbles on a refund that went smooth (unlike other have experienced).
