Great Price and Prompt Delivery!

Having decided on what TV I wanted, I then set about looking for the cheapest price. Direct TVs were right up there with another online competitor; online reviews weren't overly complementry but I decided to go with Direct TVs and I am glad I did. Delivery was within 2 days and the TV arrived first thing on the chosen day of delivery. My experience with Direct TVs is all positive and cannot fault the service.

Horrible!

Tried to order TV...my order got cancelled but still charged my cards £147 for deposit!...Tried to ring them number of times..spend at least 10 minutes on the phone each time, no answer!. Ridiculous phone call charges!!. Avoid them!

Worst experience ever

30+ phone calls made. Cost = £30 to 0871 number. Scam PURPOSELY LEAVE YOU ON HOLD
Waited in all day! Didn't turn up.
Said they left a delivery note but didn't.
20 More phone calls to courier!!! More money.
Picked up myself from depot.
DAMAGED BOX AND TV.
NEVER AGAIN . I'd phone and ask for money back but will cost me £30 in phone bills.

Purple Beats Headphones. Super fast order process and delivery!

I ordered purple Beats headphones on a Tuesday afternoon at 1.40pm. 10 minutes later I received an email saying my item had been dispatched. I received them in carefully packaged box the very next day. Very quick service and super fast delivery, and that was on standard delivery! Also the purple Beats were cheapest with Direct Tv's than any other company.
I would definitely shop again with Direct Tv's and would recommend.

20 inch tv

Brought my son a 20 inch LCD TV to play his Xbox one on for Christmas. It was delivereded very quickly and packaged very well. The TV is in perfect condition no scratches and came with stand and remote. Thank you going to make my son very happy at Christmas and the price was fantastic xx

warning to unsuspecting folk

if you require any electrical appliance unless this company is your very last hope give it a wide birth, from the moment i placed my order the lies began many phone calls later being lied to by many people i ended up driving to the warehouse to upgrade a TV i had ordered so i could actually have one.
customer service couldn't be further from the description i would use the complete lack of interest unwillingness to help or even try to help resolve the issues they created.
i wasted a full afternoon waiting to get a phone call back which never came.
please i beg of you if you ever need anything choose these as a last resort.
i have given them 1 star as there isn't a no star option.

very nice

I bought this TV few days ago for my bedroom. Although switched it on a few times it worked really well. It is a good buy if you want a little treat for your free time.

A joke

I chose them over Amazon to favour British businesses but I regret it. Not only they sent me the wrong TV (wrong size, wrong model) but its screen was broken. In total, I had to call them more than 10 times to make sure I got my refund. It seems that there are a lot of fake reviews here. WIll not use directtvs.co.uk again.

Simple review for a simple process. Called up, said what I wanted....gave details....two days later exactly what I wanted was delivered and I couldn't be happier.

Best service ive ever experienced online!

I ordered a philips refurbished tv, Within an hour I had a confirmation email, The following day I had a delivery date, From Order day to delivery it was 3 days! The tv looks brand new and a great addition to my kitchen! I would recommend directTVs to anyone, Thankyou

Excellent highly efficient service

I purchased a Samsung UE65JU6400 from Directtvs after being let down on delivery by Curry's. Once I spoke to Gail in sales I was assured the TV was in stock and subject to finance approval the TV would be delivered on the Monday morning, Evertthing went swimmingly and as promised I had the TV delivered on the Mobday morning without any issues.
I have signed up for the TV for life warranty @£7.99 which includes accidental damage, but cannot comment on this as I have not used the policy.

Excellent

The Samsung tv that we bought is a really excellent product surpassed our expectations and the speed of delivery was very good also, no issues at all and would happily recommend Directtvs to friends and family.

Wasted hours of my time and goods not supplied.

I ordered a TV online from this company but my order was not confirmed by Email. I phoned and they verbally confirmed receipt, and delivery of 22nd July (ordered on 15th) and said they would issue an Email confirmation; but still not order number or confirmation was sent.

I phoned again but still no order confirmation was sent.

I E- messaged them but they failed to respond.

I phone again and they verbally issued an order number to track the goods.

The 22nd (delivery date) came and went but still no goods.

Then delivery date was changed on the tracking system to 5th August (21 days from order!). Hence I phoned a fourth time and cancelled the order. I ordered the product elsewhere and it arrived the next day.

What a total waste of my time.

Excellent Service

Great member of staff I spoke to - wasn't pushy but made sure I was advised about any extra's I would need. Arranged next day delivery for me with no hassle which other companies could not do despite stating they could.

High levels of contact

The Customer Service department dealt with my issue quickly and professionally. I was assigned a case officer who then dealt with my redelivery with poise and diligence. The fact that she replied to my e-mails, by phone, within 15 minutes was an added bonus and made me feel secure in the knowledge my matter was being dealt with rather than placed in some slush pile where it would be ignored.
