Good value and service

Goods are as expected and delivered on time.
Only downside was the steep £14.95 delivery charge!

Small TV for kitchen

Wanted a small TV for the kitchen after my old one gave up the ghost and this fitted the bill. Slight problem with delivery because Website said it was in stock and available for next day delivery. After I ordered it said it would not be there next day as it was not in stock. I used their messaging system to ask when I could expect it but did not get a reply so I had wait 5 day before delivery (this included a weekend). I did get an email saying it had been dispatched and it did arrive within the 1 hour delivery slot.

liars and morons

ordered 2 x 65" tvs for next day delivery. was lied to from the start, never had them in stock. countless phone calls to moronic robot like staff. They admitted their sneaky trick to take my money. I cancelled the order and had to drive 100 miles to.currys to pick 2 up for the weekend install. Then Monday morning they turn up. Refused delivery and had to talk to the robotic morons again. They refused to refund me until they had received a credit note from their supplier..what a joke. I called Barclaycard to freeze the payment in the end. Avoid at all costs .

upfront costs

So I applied for finance as I can't afford to go out and buy a smart TV! I paid a 10% upfront cost of £63.59 to be turned down flat!!! What is that all about, you shouldn't be taking a payment until you know if customer is accepted for finance. WILL I GET MY MONEY BACK OR ARE YOU JUST FRAUDSTERS!! Tried emessaging to be told not open yet the site states different! It's company's like yourselves that give genuine company's a bad name.

good purchase

I took the tv because you have an offer regarding buy now pay later. in reality is not like that, the only option of finance is to pay monthly. I'm happy with the purchase that why i give you 3 stars.

delivered damaged

Delivery attempted at 6.30AM despite it being a business address. Told it would be redelivered. Then told the items were no longer in stock although I'd already paid and had an attempted delivery. After a 'debate' then told they'd found them but due to decorating they weren't unboxed for a week. Screen was damaged but refused an exchange as its over 5 days. No more business going their way. Buyer beware, Also, don't have any faith in the grading system. They also only allow you to leave a trust pilot review if you click that you were happy so the rating cant be 'trusted' either.

Very fast delivery

This was the 3rd time we used Direct TVs. I ordered 2 tv's in the afternoon and they were delivered next morning. There was even an issue with our credit card, but they let us know within 10 minutes and we were able to resolve the issue quickly. Thanks for great service and delivery.

Good customer service

Received excellent customer service from Atif Iqbal as I had few complications over the past few months. It was a roller coaster ride and unfortunately I received two faulty products, but I believe that was the manufacturs fault and not the retailers. Atif showed incredible customer service and he helped me through the end and made life much more easier.

Great Price as always

This is the third TV I have bought from here and wouldn't go anywhere else. You would struggle to find a TV cheaper and have recommended this place to many friends and family.

Poor quality goods and customer service

Bought TV for almost 300 including delivery fees which admittedly did arrive on time, but when I tested the goods the TV was faulty. The bezel was coming away from the screen causing annoying lights to be permanently on the picture, so I decided to return the item. That was two weeks ago with no call back or signs of the full refund I asked for. DON'T BUY!!!! Also keep getting fobbed off when I call them, always excuses why they can't deal with it and will have to call me me back..... A call which never comes. Will complain to trading standards.

A bit disorganised

The staff member who dealt with me was as helpful as he could be but was torn between getting my order (placed on line for collection) and dealing with a customer in the separate drone demonstration room next to the main counter. My TV was brought from the rear storage area by other staff but I couldn't take it away until the assistant who was now demonstrating a drone was ready to deal with me. I stood looking at the TV for a few minutes and asked the chap if I could take it. He said no because it had to be signed for and continued to deal with the customer to whom he was demonstrating the drone. A female member staff then appeared and asked if the TV was for me and I said yes. She then spoke to the original guy I dealt with and told him to deal with me. He then proceded to open the box to confirm the TVs screen was not damaged as part of their normal procedure, which I haven't got a problem with, however, he only uncovered the tv whilst it was in the box and expected me to confirm it was OK. I said no because if I was to confirm this I would need to see it out of the box to avoid any possible conflict in the future. He did this and everything was OK. What a laborious procedure and wait! They need to get organised a bit better and deal with customers more promptly and efficiently. Apart from that the TVs is great as was the price!
