Very happy with purchase and good value for money. Only frustration was they took 5 days to despatch after my payment was taken.

I knew i wanted a new TV i just wasnt sure what was what with the huge selection available. I called the sales line and got through to an agent called Ryan. I told him what i wanted regarding features and gave him my budget. Extremely pleasant and helpful! Not only was he able to find me a TV that was well within my budget.. He found me a bigger TV with so many more features than i initially said. Giving me pound for pound so much more value than i imagined.

I have to say - i had been into a few of the major highstreet retailers and given them the exact same brief re features and budget. Each and everytime i was consistently guided to TV's that came in well over what i had said i wanted to spend. I found this very offensive.

I am over the moon with my TV! I spent less than i imagined and got more than i bargained for, both on product and service! Thanks Ryan & direct TVs. You have a new loyal customer.

The cello tv i ordered was reasonably priced and was as it was described,it was despatched speedily and the customer service team were polite and knowledgable.Would recommend anyone to use Direct Tvs.

Bought a tv on line for my grandson .he says it is a good one, picture is good sound is too wanted to know how i managed to find such a good tv for under £200 . he thinks im too old to know a good thing when i see one.....cheeky bu@@er.

Very happy with the price and delivery was as promised.
Only one small grumble. Follow-up call to placement of order was clearly made to try and sell extended warranty and the advisor was a little too pushy for my liking- he made comment that if the item was damaged by the carrier then I would be responsible if I didn't take out the cover offered!

The PANASONIC VIERA TX-42AS740B Very very pleased with this TV, the picture is fantastic, the user interface is logical and easy to use. It also has a full satalite reciever so you can use it to view Astra and it is easy to switch between satalite and DVB.

They shipped the wrong items - these things happen and I accept that, but I also expect to be able to contact the company easily and for them to put things right quickly. What really annoys me, and gives a very good idea of the company's after sales service, is going to the Contact page and Customer Services is 0871 - so they are going to charge me over the top to talk about THEIR mistake.

Rather then setting about shipping the correct part straight away, they tell they have to check with the warehouse and this takes 24 hours and someone will be in touch. They didn't so I had to call them, the person I spoke to didn't have a clue what was going on and hadn't really grasped what the actual problem was.

5 days later they have arranged to collect to the bit that was wrong, but no word on delivering the correct box. I asked what was going on and got an eMessage to say they could advise about the correct part until they got the wrong one back - why?

The 0871 number is the real tell-tale they don't want you to call, they even say they prefer you to eMessage them as it quick - it is not. Shocking, indifferent customer service that is not acceptable.

Be very careful with this company. I purchased a Sony wireless surround sound system that was not as described. From the moment I contacted customer services, they were simply awful. They agreed eventually for me to send the product back only to then say that it was marked and there would be a 15% re-stocking fee. I have now taken them to court to reclaim my costs and will keep you up to date but cheaper is not always best. Be warned.

Price for sim free lg g2 in white much better than any other uk online retailer. Chose standard delivery and phone arrived less than 48 hours after ordering. Was a little concerned that I didn't receive an email order confirmation straight away but had despatch email within 12 hours so put my mind at rest. Thanks for a good service, would recommend.

I bought a TV from this site selected day for delivery and was instantly bombarded with phone calls from Geoff to buy additional accidental damage warranties.
On the day of delivery I waited in patiently only to not receive any goods, I phoned the courier company who told me their driver just couldn't be bothered on that day and that they could arrange sometime the following week, but wasn't sure when and I'd have to wait in all day again. I told them this was unacceptable and phoned Direct TV's. They told me I could cancel and get a full refund BUT that they needed to wait until the TV was returned from their couriers approx 1 week then it could take upto 2 weeks for them to process and that's if the courier company didn't lose it in the meantime. So basically they had £400 of my money for 6 weeks without me obtaining any goods and to cap it all the FULL refund is only the cost of the TV as apparently I'm liable for delivery charges..... IT'S a JOKE. I now have a customer service agent agreeing its a glitch on their system and I'll get these costs back but their ultra not so efficient emessage system tells me I wont exactly 2 mins after I put the phone down to the service agent. I'm now logging this with credit card company as fraud.
Please do not buy from these crooks, save yourself the hassle and buy from somewhere more reputable.

The product i ordered and bought through direct tv's was fast and incredibly easy. i ordered and bought the product on one day, it was delivered the very next day, so buy from direct tv's 100% recommendation, for what ever electrical product you wish, in my case it was a television, but i've purchased a fridge freezer too previously so. yep. buy from them.

I received an email advertising a TV at £349 however when I went on your web site it was £379. Not a problem when I rang up a very helpful gentlemen sorted it out.

The only issue I had when I went through the process was delivery was added on at the end £20. This should be included in the price or at the beginning or the form filling. People can then opt out buying before wasting their time
