Bought from store to get 5 year warranty and was able to take home that day. Fantastic price, best we'd seen! Only negative was that the man serving us was a bit pushy, trying to push a HDMI cable and accidental damage insurance onto us even though we're already covered by home insurance and don't have a dvd player or anything else we would like to connect to the TV at present. Think they must be on commission! Finally check price online before going into store, online said TV was cheaper in store but price in store did not mirror this, we showed them what it said online and they reduced it no problem (also be aware that they charge 1.5% when using credit card!)

To be honest I was a bit unsure ordering from a company I did not know too much about when purchasing my new TV however, the service I received was outstanding. Great website, easy order process and tracking, good personal customer service call and check-back once I had received the item. Will definitely use again and highly recommend.

First time I've ordered a TV on the internet from Direct TV's. It was easy and a no hassle experience. I arranged to collect from their Huddersfield Store. It was ready on time for collection very quickly and the Sale Girl was very helpful checking the TV with me before I left the store to make sure everything was OK. Will have no hesitation in ordering from Direct TV's if and when required in the future. Highly Recommended!!!

Ordered TV on the Sunday for next Saturday delivery. Received several emails throughout the week confirming the progress of my order. On the Friday before a text message received in the morning confirming delivery and in the evening another text confirming time slot. On the morning of delivery I received a phone call letting me know they were 10 minutes away.

TV was around £200 cheaper than other online shops too. Excellent service. I will definitely buy from you again.

No frills showroom, friendly service, the sat-nav found it no problem. Loaded it in my car for me. Worth considering as the price saved was much more than the petrol costs, even after driving a 200 mile round trip to get it.

When I was looking for a new TV for my stepson. I came across this site and within 10 minutes I had found the one I wanted and placed the order. It was quicker thandriving to the shops. Next day I received a call from one of the customer service representatives who confirmed my order and advised how the delivery would come to me. I received the TV in double quick time and in perfect condition. All in all i'd recommend this company to you without any hesitation. Don't tell the wife, but I'm going to order our new bedroom TV after the new year.

Great website - easy to navigate. Good discounts and deals. Easy to place a telephone order and then collect from East Mids depot at my convenience.

We got a great deal, even with the next day delivery charge it was still cheaper than anyone else! TV arrived 8.30am the next day as promised and customer services rang soon after to check on everything. Will be using again in the near future and would certainly recommend Direct TVs to friends and family. Fantastic!
