Fantastic quote for good quality windows and doors. Fitted by some very personable, professional men. No mess, no damage to wallpaper, perfect sealing, and patch up to render. I would have no hesitation in recommending them.

Did a great job with no fuss and also sorted an issue with a door I had put in previously for which I was very grateful. Salesman wise again no issues especially with not insisting that the wife be there, why do some firms do that. Would recommend this firm to anyone, thanks for everything.

salesman turned up-so far all good-asked questions looked at the job then started on the figures-mmmm...now its all downhill-4 windows and one door £8600!!!!!!-plastic fascias and soffits (overlaid so less work) to house and detached garage £6300!!!!-my heart skipped a beat-total over the top quote-this is an ordinary 2 bed semi with a detached garage-after this episode i had an alternate quote from a builder and for all the fascias and soffits for £2176-windows and doors £3165-can you guess where the order has gone!!!!-if this company gives you any kind of quote get another!!!!-we add more to this today 30/10 after a reply from them-look at the language they use- shows the company they are!!!-we tried to help them and suggested to the sales guy that they stick to retail and not deal with people with multiple needs. we add more today 6/11/20 even after allowing this company another chance to sort out any complications and having an appointment for tuesday 3/11/20 they failed to show. FINAL EDIT 6/11/20 after phonecall at 20.07 from this company-the vitriol and threats coupled with substantial f-word expletives stating 'i know where you live' and what would happen to us (all reports and emails could be reported to the police) i accept his version of it must be a mistake-i will not go further with either version so as to avoid any more escalating conduct-from his point of view and the original email confirming the appointment how coincidental that someone turns up at the time and date booked-so as previously stated i will accept his version of it must be a mistake-i will apologise for any misunderstanding and or mistake on my side and if this company reciprocates to show good customer service i will gladly take down this review and repost a review to illustrate good business protocol under strained conditions.7/11/20 having spoken directly to the owner i feel happy to post an improved review and respect the attitude and professional stance taken over the apology made to us-i now realise as no party was proven right or wrong we move on and i would be happy to accept a quote on further work i may need in the future-i would suggest trying this company for any work you may have-a company will be judged on its response to any problem and i feel this company would strive to excel as this episode shows-thankyou. 15/11/20 this company seems to want to continue with the wrong info-in their last post they omit the phonecall made to us with all the threats and f words even though i had reposted with a genuine appraisal noting what i thought was his better attitude and professionalism-you out there be the judge.

Kev and his team were amazing start to finish, Kev the sales manager was lovely & his team who installed the windows were polite courteous & did an excellent job. They cleared all there mess up too. The windows are lovely. They make a big difference to our home, no more draughts, noice reduction is great. The only downside is the fitters left all the old windows and doors outside all weekend, these should’ve been taken away. But overall I would buy from this company again. Good quality goods.

Had my conservatory insulated last month by Kevin and Angie. What a massive difference this has made. I could actually sit in my conservatory at midday when it was red hot outside. Not had the winter yet. But I’m confident it will not be the horrible cold room it has been for the past 10 years. The lads who did the job were so neat and friendly. Already have two friends who want them to do their conservatory roof. So nice to deal with the owners and not have the salemans waffle

Recently had our windows and door installed by distinctive and they were 1st class from start to finish. There was no pushing salesman and the quote was the best around. The fitters did everything we asked and more and we are over the moon with how smoothly everything went, i will definitely be using them for the resr of my property and we recommend to anyone 5 stars
