The Steering wheel for my wife's VXR…

The Steering wheel for my wife's VXR has arrived, it took a little longer to get but they supplied it with the buttons and the covers, the covers were a bit more difficult to get and thus the time frame.
But it looks fantastic with the alcantara Airbag as well.

Akrapovic Diffuser

Purchased gloss Akrapovic rear diffuser for my Audi RS7, was really impressed with their delivery speed and communication throughout. Price was best in the UK. Cannot complain at all.

Very happy, amazing products

I have ordered a few things from Diversion Automotive in the past couple of months and I am extremely happy with what I have received. The products have been amazing quality with fast shipping. Terrible company and even worse…

Terrible company and even worse customer service. Bought a set of £800 headlights which are now not working when they are just 2 months old. Try to get in contact with diversion and they arent interested in replying to any messages or emails let alone honouring the warranty the headlights came with.
Only response ive had is them threatening legal action for leaving a bad review about the matter on a facebook group! SHOCKING!

Bought my partner some mirror covers for his car and was very impressed by the service I received when ordering from this store. I know very little about cars but the website made it incredibly easy to find the correct products for the right brand. Would recommend and buy from again :)

Terrible customer service

Terrible customer service, lack of care for their customers and unwillingness to accept fault. Ordered a custom steering wheel cover and was told they’d be able to match the (bronze/copper) colour i desired and sent, only to receive the wrong coloured (red) item first without the coloured strip. After chasing this up, I was told a correct replacement would be sent. After having to wait over a month, and constantly email for tracking updates, my order arrived & again it was the wrong colour. Sending me an orange steering wheel cover & then simply telling me they try to match as near as possible & to look at returning the item if I’m unhappy. Why even state you can match the colour if you clearly cannot?! Why waste my time and money?
I’m not happy to be paying to return the wrong item.

You have been provided with many updates to the 25+ emails you sent us, and were helped throughout ordering. You were also advised that we would provide the closest possible shade, and wished to go ahead with this, which in this case is a copper orange with an orange stripe. The production and delivery for the replacement took approximately 14 days.

Upon your request to return, we provided details of our returns policy, which indicate that items that are unwanted can be returned within 30 days for a refund. This is a standard and professional policy allowing customers to return unwanted goods.

Your returns postage has already been covered by us, however it seems that your aim is 'compensation' or having items given to you for free, as mentioned multiple times in your emails. We issued a partial refund to compensate you for the mix up, but this was not enough, and you wanted more.

We then agreed to pay your returns postage, and once you were asked to include both items issued to you so we can refund in full for you. Therefore offering a resolution to the issue at no cost to you, and your reply was:
'Don’t even bother. I’ll keep it or sell it off myself'.

Please, if you review a company make sure that you include accurate details.

Very unhappy.

After sending two e mails regarding products we have had no feedback whatsoever.This is the only way to contact as no telephone.The goods appear to be faulty.These were a Christmas present and were expensive.Hugely disappointed and will certainly not use this company again.

Absolutely love my spoiler and it’s fitted well only thing is and it’s nit picky is the price of fitting considering it only took 15 mins if that other than that absolutely brilliant just next time I think I’ll do the fitting myself just to save money

With regards to fitting the spoiler, the amount paid (£35.00 in this, and most cases) ensures that your spoiler is securely fitted, professionally, and also covers the materials used, including the cleaning before install, sealant we provide and use, and the masking tape which we include in the cost.
Different spoilers will take different amounts of time. Sometimes it can be worth it as you will have reassurance that it has been done properly.

Our fitting service is aimed more at those who do not have the facilities to install / do not want the risk of installing.

If you have any questions with regards to fitting in the future however, please reach out to us as we’d be happy to offer advise if you wish to install yourself!

I placed an order on Dec 4th and still haven’t received an email that it has been shipped out. I emailed twice asking about my order and haven’t once gotten a response back. Terrible customer service.

Thank you for answering this review and sending me the shipping information, but your statement that I haven’t tried to reach out to you is not true. I sent two emails to your sales account which I just replied on the original email that your company sent acknowledging the order. I looked at the address and it is what you wrote in your reply below, so saying I did not try to contact your company is not true. If there is a way to post on here the emails I will. Due to this I will not change my rating.
