Diversion Automotive! Best about by a country mile, I needed a new steering wheel and seen their advertisement on Facebook about mk7 golf r steering wheels, as soon as I contacted them I got a reply within 10minutes and a wheel was chosen.

I arrived and they welcomed me with open arms, shown me the wheel being taken off properly etc, shown me some of their products for the mk7 golf r and my goodness the quality is amazing!, my dsg paddles didn’t work at the time so diversion ordered me some new ones in and kept in touch for when they arrived for me to go down and get them fitted.

When I go back for the paddles to be fitted I will be purchasing afew more items for the golf as I can honestly say I will be using this company for everything I put on my car from now on.

When asked questions about parts for stage2 they instantly respond with the best products they offer!

1000% recommend them to anyone!

Just AMAZING!

Just got a spoiler, some skirts and black emblems for my Polo. I live in Norway, but shipping only tok a week, which is really good! After i got the spoiler I was unsure how to mount it, so I asked them on Instagram, and getting replied to within 30 minutes. I can’t express my gratiude to a company with such an amazing customer service and fast shipping, which also was well secured and packed. If you want to customize your car, shop here!

100% happy with my new steering wheel

100% happy with my new steering wheel, had a good experience from start to finish. Highly recommend this company for a quality product.

New Spoiler

I asked for some help with a new spoiler for my Audi S1 and bought the big carbon fibre one. Plus it was surprisingly easy to fit

AVOID AVOID AVOID

I ordered wing mirror caps & headlight eyelids for my mk7 golf r.

The wing mirror caps are made from a horrendously poor quality plastic, thus revealing a broken catch where it was supposed to clip on.

I emailed the company 3 times. The final email got a reply, to which they asked for proof (as if I’d waste my time emailing over £30 to lie)

When I sent the pictures they told me they would print off a return label, this was still not sent.
Now I am supposed to post the item back before receiving a refund on an item that was broke on arrival🤣🤣🤣

If you want to keep your money, not receive broken parts & have your emails answered, go somewhere else for your parts.

As you can see below, they also have took no responsibility and passed the buck on to me.
I ordered these items 2 months ago.
Any business that takes 2 months to sort anything are horrendous.

Terrible company, terrible products.

The company has spent more time trying to remove my review than rectifying the issue.
Again, the caps arrived broken. I’ve paid for an item that wasn’t checked upon leaving as it arrived broke.
Without reviewing the item, you can’t say it was a delivery issue. Your staff also said they would issue a return slip & forgot to do it so I had to email again for this, in which my strongly worded email told you to keep your £30.

You’ve spent more time wages than it would have cost to replace the item. Again, showing poor customer service. Arguing with a customer on a thread also. Pathetic.
You have my details if you want to send me an item that can showcase the quality of your ‘business’ otherwise my review won’t be moving anywhere.
Also, the eyelids have fallen off due to a little bit of rain 🤣🤣

My only issue was communication. You sent me a broken item, I emailed a few times. And then with a lax attitude you took another day to issue a returns label.

For the last & final time. You took my money, sent me an item that I received as broken. You then failed to follow up on your words albeit it was only 24 hours.
I’m not out here to slate your business, as I see it’s popular. However firstly, if you think you’ve handled this correctly, fair enough. And secondly, going back and forth on a thread, replying to my reviews shows a seriously low level of pettiness. These views are my own. You cannot flag, mark or mute the experience I’ve had with your business.
I had a ’cheap’ experience in more than one sense.
I’ll make sure I get any parts from now on ‘professionally fitted’ also 👌🏼🤣

CUSTOMER WOULD NOT ALLOW US TO RECTIFY ISSUE.

You emailed because an item arrived damaged, this is not our doing and we have sold hundreds of sets of these mirror covers to VERY happy customers.

We responded to your email, and dealt with this accordingly, paying for your return and offering a replacement product, free of charge or refund. The returns label was issued to the email attached to the order.

When an item is said to be delivered damaged, we always ask for proof that an item has arrived damaged, so that we can inform the courier and open a claim for the parcel. This is standard procedure for any company, and I fail to see how rectifying an issue makes us a “terrible company”.

If you are going to leave a review for any company, please ensure that you have allowed the company to rectify the issue. Which in this case, you haven’t.

Order was placed on May 6th. Tracking shows item delivered on MAY 14th.

Customer emailed us on June 4th, and was immediately issued a returns label within 48 hours, so that the item could be replaced and the issue rectified (This was at no additional cost to the customer, as it was a delivery issue). Customer proceeds to refuse to allow us to resolve the issue.

There is no argument to be had. Yes, we’ve requested your review is removed because it is false and does not reflect how your experience really was. 🙂

You didn’t allow us to rectify the issue, at all, and no we haven’t replaced the item because you did not bother to use the PRE-PAID returns label and return the item to us. To reiterate, this is standard procedure for any company. Once the tracking starts on a returned item, the item is replaced.

We’ve had no issues with headlight brows “falling off” when they’re installed correctly. My recommendation would be having a professional install car parts for you in the future, as it would seem you have repeatedly been unsuccessful in doing so yourself.

We have all of the email exchanges saved for any individual wishing to see how we really dealt with this, as a pose to how have made up we dealt with it. 🙂

Wrong article and nightmare

I ordered an item in November 2021, from the website it was in stock, I received it on February first. The item delivered was not what I ordered I asked for a return and refund. After an endless series of emails I was told that they acknowledged the mistake and would refund me but the shipping costs were my responsibility.
After pointing out that the mistake was theirs I inquired about the return costs and told them, accepted the payment.
Well to date I have only received a refund for the item and I have not received the shipping costs from them to me, nor have I received the costs they authorised from me to them. Total ordered 270 euro, shipping cost 30 euro, return cost 46 euro refunded 270.
What happened denotes little seriousness, no care for the customer and also poor organisation in the management of the catalogue and articles in stock, for articles in stock they guaranteed shipment in days and delivery in less than a month, the receipt was almost 3 months later with the wrong article and a nightmare to manage the return which they did partially despite the email in which they said they would take charge of the return costs given that the error is theirs. avoid to loose your money keep away
I will never buy anything from this seller again.

Went to the main unit today for a few items. Really impressed with the service! Purchased a spoiler and steering wheel inlay in which they fitted on site.
Top service, very nice staff!

Custom carbon steering wheel....

Second time ive ordered from Diversion,The first time was through there Ebay store for a custon carbon dsg knob that was 5* and then few days ago i purchased a Custom Carbon steering wheel through there website, even had a few question to ask what i did through there facebook page and every question was answered quickly and professionally , then i placed the ordered and my wheel was shipped out first thing and received it 2 days later arrived very well packed and i have to say the quality of the wheel is 10/10 will definitely be back to order more stuff in the future.
