The service I received from DIY Shutters was excellent. I would give more stars if I could.
I realised an error on my order after I had submitted it (entirely my own fault) and emailed. The response time was quick and I was reassured that a note would be added to my order and someone would contact me. The customer service I received over the phone was also excellent and the appropriate changes were made easily.
This is my second time using DIY Shutters. The quality of my last shutters were great so I’m hoping these will be of the same standard on arrival. I think it’s very reassuring that your order can be discussed after it is submitted. An excellent touch and a tremendous example of customer service.

I have one small criticism: I do not answer calls from unidentified numbers. Had I known that you would require me to confirm the order over the phone, I would have contacted you. As it was, it took you 2 or 3 weeks to contact me in writing. Which pushed the eta back unnecessarily. Regards
