Arrived last week took a bit longer than expected due to shipping.arrived well packed and driver phoned One hour before arrival. Very easy to install with just basic diy skills you will just need a drill screwdriver and level. They look great and the quality is very good.the wife is very happy and I would definitely use this company again highly recommended

Easy to follow instructions for measuring and installation. Helpful call from Customer Services to confirm details which lead me to switch (correctly) to the buildout frame on a Bay Window as needed to attach to the window frame rather than the recess. Super quick delivery. Shutters look fantastic!

Ordering the shutters for our bedroom window was made easy with DIY Shutters. The 'how to' guides for measuring and fitting were really helpful . Various colour options and styles are available which ensured we could choose exactly what we wanted for our room. Ellie was invaluable in checking all our requirements before the order was finally processed. We received the shutters as scheduled and have fitted them. We're very pleased with the finish and look achieved.

Have used DIY Shutters before and found their overall service from ordering through to delivery to be excellent. Have now ordered more shutters and have been really pleased with the process, ordering was easy and the follow up with one of the team to check order details was quick, friendly and efficient…..I would certainly recommend DIY Shutters to anyone looking to purchase shutters.

Delivered and installed. One problem I had (my fault) was living in an old house nothing was square and the opening was too small to get the frame in. Solved by building the shutters in situ. They look great and neighbours have commented on how great they look. Thanks to your team.

I've given 5 stars as my 'expert' contact was very clear and helpful. I would, however, just say the wording in the acknowledgement email could be slightly less ambiguous by making it clear that the order will only be confirmed FOLLOWING the phone discussion. A very good process though.

The customer service at the point of booking is exceptional. A very quick call back after your online booking occurs, to run through all the detail, provide advice and any adjustments agreed before the final order is put through.
I order the faux wood, partly due to speed of delivery, but I must admit I wouldn't order these again. I have been somewhat disappointed and would wait for the real wood in the future. The faux wood is too bendy and droops, even in situ rather than opened. I wouldn't recommend. The company were great to deal with though and I would consider them for a real wood order.
