POOR SERVICE!!
I ordered a fire guard which took longer than the time advertised on the website, when it finally arrived it was the wrong size...The website had the wrong information which meant that we had to return the guard. It took several emails which were not replied to for 3-4 days in some cases! I want to return the guard but DIY Tools have failed to organise this. First collection date given was the 23rd Feb no one turned up, I finally got through to someone on the phone after hours of trying, which in itself is a miracle and demanded my refund (which I received), I was then advised that the collection would be today (29th Feb) but still no collection and I have now WASTED TWO DAYS waiting in for these clowns!
I Have dialled 0151 709 8006/0844 880 5646 on several occasions today BUT NO ONE ANSWERS THE TELEPHONE!!!!!!
I WILL NEVER USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Good price but poor customer service
It took several weeks to receive the order after 2 failed promises about delivery timescales. Also, nobody ever answers the phone and email replies are hit and miss.
Overall, a pretty poor experience.

Don't go there
Looks really impressive, lots of items and also a reward scheme. Then no delivery for weeks and no explanation. No reply to email query. Some items took 7 weeks when the website said shipped in 2-3 days. Still waiting on the bug spray!
