Not getting what was advertised advert said two dewalt battery's and chager
But they only send one battery and then when you phone them they say that is all you get one18volt dewalt battery for £159:55 I don't think so

Part of delivery arrived but not in the timescale said on website and I'm still waiting for the rest of the delivery after a number of phonecalls. Still not got it all

Better information on delivery timescales and faster response to enquiries would improve the customer response.

Ordered an item.on 1st of november and recieved a confirmation email. No further correspondance so emailed on the 7th, no reply. Called on the 8th to.be told my item will be shipped that day and I would receive it the nxt day. Received an invoice and shipping email once that call was made. Phoned again on the 13th as still not received it. Was told then that due to my postcode (iv) it had been sent slow delivery. No mnetion given to the fact my delivery charge had gone from £2.95 to £9.95 already due to my location!! Was told then I should recieve it by the 15th at the latest. 15th came and went with no parcel, tried to call again and after being on hold for 45mins gave up. Still waiting for my item!

okay, my order was small, a Battery Master, to allow me to leave my car standing for long periods without worrying about a flat battery.
package arrived next working day as stated, marvelous, job's a good'un, thanks.
Will use again and recommend.

I ordered Crown gloss paint and it was well price and delivered on time and well packaged, it came bubble wrapped and in a box marked fragile

Price was great, product was well packaged and arrived more quickly than expected.

I ordered a wheel barrow and it came within 2 days. The only downside is that it was a little tricky to put up single handed and there where a few sharp edges on the parts. I would use this company again.

I was very disappointed with the after service as I tried to contact customer service by e-mail ( 7. Times) and continually tried to ring but didn't get an answer . Eventually the phone was answered and I could then ask went I would get a delivery I was then told they where short of staff . I I'll not use tho company again

I didn't expect to have to wait 10 days for what was supposed to be a 2-3 day delivery.

The first product a lime grren kettle did not arrive and after sending 3 emails I called to find out the product was discontinued.

The second product was a door knocker which took 6 weeks to arrive, I had to call 3 times to find out when it was arriving

An email or call would have been helpful in both instances to manage my expectations

Knowing the product I wanted to buy I naturally searched for the best price. Taking delivery into account DIY Tools were the best.
The website also highlighted another product by the same manufacturer so I decided to give that a go too.
Both products from HG (the stove glass cleaner and oven cleaner) are- I believe - the best on the market.
DIY Tools despatched the items to me very speedily indeed and I am very pleased indeed to be able to recommend them without any reservation whatsoever.
