I was unable to find the hosepipe connector in my local shops, so i found on the interne that this company could supply me with one. It was on my doorstep a couple of days later.

A brilliant conversion from a single marking device to a double tenon marker. Very easy to do and has saved me ££££s.

very fast delivery, no problems

I placed an order for a toilet seat on 10th October - despite being told that the item has been dispatched, I have still not received it. I have chased the delivery twice - each time I had to wait a day or 2 for a response, which provided little detail.

I will not be using this company again

I was very happy with my recent purchase of an indoor aerial. The whole process went smoothly and I had no issues with ordering or delivery.

Had two orders with them in a short period, both with problems.

First one, despite the item listed as in stock, took in the range of two weeks to arrive. Not even having to ask for it, they got in touch promising express delivery as a good will gesture which sounded good. But at the end they posted it using the economy option.

Second purchase was timely, but the wrong item was delivered in the correct box. E-mailed them but got no reply. Since it was a low value item and I needed it urgently I took my business elsewhere. This one was not potentially they fault but I did not like not answering email.

I ordered some sanding belts and DIY TOols were the ones which gave best value for money on the items. Delivery was very good, the purchase arrived 2 days after ordering. Well done DIY Tools!

The soap dispensers were as expected and described, I would have no problem using this company again or in recommending them to others

Things go wrong on occassion. When my companion set arrived a piece of it was broken. DIY Tools dealt with the situation much to their credit. I recieved a replacement part promptly. So - yes I would definitely recommend them.

Ordered from their website and all seemed fine and was expecting delivery within a few days. A week had passed and had no dispatch confirmation email, no response to any of my emails and nobody answered any of my calls.

Finally after a week and a half I managed to get through to somebody on the phone line. They informed me my order would be with me the next day. I wasn't too surprised that it never arrived!!

I tried to get in contact again to just cancel my order and ensure I get a refund but after many emails and phone calls (Staying on hold for at least 10minutes or letting the phone constantly ring) nobody answered. So now nearly 3 weeks after placing my order I will have to order elsewhere and contact my card company to handle the refund! Not impressed!
