Parcel left on street side in a non safe space
The service directly from DJ deals was prompt and clear. Unfortunately I was let down when I found my parcel left in the rain in front of my house on the street. I've yet to open the package yet as it is a gift but will not be happy if it is damaged inside.

Thank you for your review. We are a little confused though as we have a clear photograph of your neighbour accepting the delivery on your behalf. The photo shows the box being held in her hands. We are really sorry if she then chose to leave it on your doorstep but we cannot really hold our courier responsible for that. We are pleased to confirm that the outer packaging is a thick double walled cardboard box and we are confident it would protect against all but the heaviest of water damage. Even though our courier is not to blame in this instance, we would be happy to swap the unit if there is any damage to product.
