The DDJ-FLX2
The DDJ-FLX2 is a great product and works exactly as expected. The build quality is solid, setup was straightforward, and overall I’m really happy with the controller itself.
However, I was disappointed that the headphone adapter was missing from the box. All packaging was fully intact and I carefully checked and emptied every box to make sure it hadn’t been overlooked — it was definitely not included. When I contacted support to explain this, I was told that it must have been in the box and that I should order one from Amazon instead, which was frustrating.
The controller itself is excellent, but the missing adapter and the response I received regarding the issue took away from what would otherwise have been a perfect experience.
