After being told to remove reviews before they will do any more talking. Emails ignored and also has my number still not sorted the vehicle out which was faulty 4 days after we bought see below! AVOID AVOID AVOID.

Absolute shocking dealer steeeer clear!
I never leave bad feedback for businesses but when your parting top money this needs to be said!If you want to buy a vehicle for WORK I would NOT recommend buying from these. I was told they only buy the vehicles from a trusted supplier! vehicle is a 19 plate 72k on clock and has a 2019 stamped air filter but its 2025 now. I spoke to Mercedes and its not possible in 2024 to buy a 2019 air filter! so this vehicle was NOT serviced like it should of been. This vehicle has a DPF issue and has been in garages 5 times in 5 weeks of purchasing the vehicle, now a 6th time and however many more times over the next months. The business owner thinks its totally acceptable that this vehicle is going in a garage for repair 6 times. once you buy a vehicle for business they say you can NOT reject the vehicle when it has a known issue and the customer service when you have a issue is very poor from all involved. and you can NOT pay by card as the
'payment machine fails the payment' this is exactly why i like to pay on card as your protected against this type of stuff. If i was you look at other business to buy from and also they run as 2 names this being one and the other is KARS.CO.UK in Chesham. we have all the evidence and this is a genuine review! We have all the letters and emails to show what these business owner and business is about.

I was there for first time for buying a VAN for my friend,firstly VAN we bought from them was on ALC Van 🚐 was in very good condition and secondly price of it was unbelievable 🙏very good customer service by Shan as manager,professional and polite 👏👏I strongly recommend to everyone who looking for good VAN even for selling .

I dealt with Chris while looking for an electric van. He was really friendly and personable and a pleasure to deal with. Ended up finding the perfect van at the right price point and the whole buying process was extremely smooth. Despite being a few hours away from me, I wouldn’t hesitate to deal with them again.

Absolutely shocking service. Van went wrong after a week had to pay to get it back to them to fix it as they don’t recover vehicles was fixed for all of a few days. Then broke again we had to take it ourselves to a garage to be fixed as under warranty they would pay. But only paid half of the money and was told what do you expect from a second hand van. It now has another issue only to be told you only get to use the warranty payment once. They are rude on the phones and treated us disgusting please stay away from this joke of a company we are out of pocket now £3000 with repairs and hiring vans.
