Bought a green lady concrete outdoor plant container, and a bee plant pot. Lovely quality and good value for money. Then visited the restaurant, quick
service good food, all in all good afternoon out. The staff very friendly in all
departments.

Disappointed. This is my second visit in 2 weeks with no floor staff to ask where to find a moss pole. A basic product not in store again. When I eventually found someone, I said I had phoned on several occasions to ask and no one picked up. The lady said "we are rarely in the office".

Have they not heard of call divert to a mobile to the duty manager?

Alas no moss pole and she said no idea when they will be coming in. Did not offer to take my details to let me know when they will be in.

I don't know but since the take over the store is not cohesive, and no floor staff on more than one occasion.

I phone another garden center who picked up promptly. The gentleman physically went to where they were and even told me the prices, the lengths and asked me if I needed anything else. They got the sale, with other products too and I will be travelling more to this garden centre.

Lovely restaurant with table service. Plenty of staff to take and deliver orders.
Good food.

Dobbies although a large org with many branches the staff make it into our local store. Huge selection of ever changing plants.
As a retired person I appreciate the club.

Enjoyable time at Dobbies . Lots of flowers and plants to choose from. Good to have a membership card as we had a discount on some of the items purchased.
Staff were helpful .No waiting at the checkout.

I viewed many of the plants and bought some annuals. I also had a look at some smaller gifts but kept in mind what they
sold.
I then visited the food area which they share
with Sainsbury’s. I was quite impressed with
the selection of items.

We visited the restaurant/coffee shop and as always had great service, especially from Sue, she's so polite and helpful, especially as I have a gluten-free problem, very enjoyable, thank you again Sue xx

I visited Dobbie’s recently to buy an arbour which I had seen at the centre recently. When I tried to purchase the item I was informed that they did not deliver and it could only be taken away. The item was large and heavy so this was not possible. I was told I could order it online, but the wooden arbour was not on the website. Consequently I bought elsewhere and would not consider buying large items from Dobbie’s again. Seems ridiculous not to offer delivery for large items.

Was a little disappointed at my last visit as wanted a nice hydrangea and a red robin tree of a substantial size. I couldn't get either. The only red robin tree was damaged but not reduced.
Normally love it at dobbies.

Unfortunately since Dobbies have taken over my local store the plants just don’t seem to be looked after so well and don’t last as long. Bought some plants a few weeks ago and we’re dying in a couple of days.
The selection is still good but just wish more care was taken.

Visited the cafe in the Swindon branch, it was fabulous. Selection of food was great, and the staff were so friendly and efficient. It was also very Covid safe. Well done 👏

Well…..what can I say? Dobbies Swindon you’re brilliant! Thank you for helping me with my garden storage box. Thank you to the young lady assistant who couldn’t do enough to help me with my purchase. Oh and Allen, who got my garden box to my car, & who assisted with my previous visit to the store as well, & who is a definite asset to Dobbies. Yeyhhhhh….well done Dobbies.
