Can’t recommend dolly luxury hair enough. I lost my hair in January due to chemotherapy and I really didn’t feel like myself. Everywhere I looked, human hair wigs were over £1000, then I found dolly luxury hair and was skeptic all in not going to lie. I messaged Grace with a million and one questions and she could not have been more helpful! 2 weeks later I received my wig and I fell in love. I finally feel myself again and 9 months later my wig is still in excellent condition and I wear her most days! Don’t listen to the negative reviews!

AMAZING BEAUTIFUL HAIR
I had a aneurysm at age 22 , it left me with a nasty scar, in result I have no choice but to wear hand made hair . I have been taken advantage of , over charged and received exactly what I did not ask for. I was unable to rest at night because I was constantly worried about hair, and recently I’ve found dollyluxuryhair and the hair unit I’ve received was the best I have ever received . It was made exactly how I asked, and I received it in a reasonable time, other places will say that it is 100% human hair, and you end up received a mixed blend hair. They will say the turn around time is 3-6 weeks and it ends up taking 6 months, with dollyluxuryhair you will get exactly as you wish, the hair will be 100% human hair every strand and you will receive it within the time they will tell you.I no longer stress over hair , I am excited and look forward to a lifelong bond of business with dollyluxuryhair. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND DOLLYLUXURYHAIR

After two days of having the extensions in they started falling out in clumps with the glue still attached and they were also snapping mid way, on the third day the bad quality of the hair and weft had irritated my head so much it created sores on my scalp. By the fourth day I had to have them taken out which was very painful due to the irritation.

Oh nonono dont! realy is a month + later i have to find out yall sent a claim to USPS? Ok well how about we wait for thier responses then if yall were caring and professional enought this problem would have been solved months ago ofcourse yall dont care bc losing 500$ looks okay to yall

First of all, I was very nervous when buying this because this is my first high-quality, human hair wig and to me (as a student) very expensive. But I fell in love with the curls, couldn't resist and bought it.
The seller is absolutely wonderful and was very patient with me, I was worried about custom fees and she helped me every time I had a question (and I had a lot).

I've been using this first wig I bought for more than a year and I'm absolutely grateful for this item. I'm using it regularly.
Washing was very easy and it still looks beautiful, I've always taken very good care of it. It makes sense to inform yourself about wigs, how to wash them. The seller helped me choosing a good brand for washing and a conditioner. The curls are still intact after washing, I was very worried about this. But it looks gorgeous.
I don't know what it's like if you use glue like got2b, so I can't say anything about that.

My wig is absolutely gorgeous! I bought a 30" 180% thick wig, with a waterfall curl. I'm not sure if the waterfall curl is a perm or not, I would love to know...but the wig is WONDERFUL. I get so many compliments on my mermaid hair! No one can tell it's a wig. I love it. <3

Hair is not anywhere thick enough at the ends to look natural. To use the hair I bought, I would have to cut it significantly to make it usable. Would not consider return and removed listing of website.

Unlike the claim below, the hair has never been worn and is still in the box. They are well aware of this. They were taken out of the plastic packaging to show the hair clearly for the photos they requested I send. As you can see , they will not accept the hair was substandard. Their reason for refusal (or what I was told by them) was that it was hand made and therefore none returnable. The claim of wear to the hair is a totally new excuse they’ve created today. I’d strongly advise reading the returns policy before ordering from this company.

Wig came later than expected and had to chase it up.
It smelt nice, was the length advertised and was soft and silky.
I chose the 180% density and glad I did as any less would have been unwearable. Very stingy on the hair at 180% and ratty towards the ends. OK quality wig, parting and hairline not fantastic, need a lot of work to look natural. Cap was bulky and bunched up and a funny shape.
Each time I brush the wig a handful of hair is left on the brush.
I bought this wig purely to dye and I'll say it took well.

I wear the wig a lot now but had to do a lot of work to make it workable.
Not sure if I would purchase again.

The wig arrived within 3 weeks. Lovely quality and fit.

Love this company 😃 I have a very complex health condition and I’ve been using wigs for years, I used to pay an absolute fortune for them, well over £1000 and then I recently discovered dollyluxuryhair, I ordered 2 wigs so far and I’m saving for my next, I bought long length 28” hair and combination of colours and I’ve been extremely happy with the units and the lovely Grace who has had excellent communication with me and sent me exactly what I asked for. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Hair quality is ok, definitely thin. I ordered a 180 density and wasn't even close don't think it was 150!
Postage is ridiculous though takes forever

I recently bought my second wig from Dolly Luxury Hair - a 20" 150 density dark brown highlighted 360 lace wig. I was so impressed with the speed of delivery (hand made and posted within 4 weeks of ordering) and they were so helpful in making me a smaller wig cap. I honestly can't praise Dolly Luxury Hair enough - I will definitely be ordering again! ❤

I lost my hair due to chemotherapy and purchased a wig from dolly luxury. Had a few issues when the wig arrived as I'd ordered a small cap, but the cap seemed to be huge. They offered to send me out bands to put inside the wig to make it fit more securely which I accepted. It didn't make a difference there seems to be a bulge of the cap that sits at the nape of my neck im not sure why. However the quality of the hair and the colour is beautiful. Despite being to big it is my favourite wig out of the 2 I own. My advice would be have your head measured correctly before purchasing a wig from anywhere. Good company and beautiful hair. Gave me my confidence back 🙂

Dollyluxuryhair is my “go to” shop if I’m looking for a good quality wig. I’ve purchased at least 5 wigs all different colors and each time I am deeply satisfied with the color and quality. The wigs appear just as pictured, the hair is soft, and the shedding is very minimal. The customer service is amazing and Grace is incredibly responsive and willing to do what she can to make sure that you’re satisfied with your purchase. The wigs ship in a relatively short time. I live Dollyluxuryhair!

The seller has great wig Items and they look very natural, I've purchased 3 and got them in the mail shortly. They do look so natural like they're growing out of your head. Grace was very nice and I would love to get more :)

I absolutely adored my wig! Grace was very kind and was able to answer every single question I had.

Delivery takes a while, but it does state the estimated time. This came from New Jersey . Very good quality. It’s genuine kinky straight, not like other sellers that sell crimped straight hair. It’s plucked well too. They made sure to give me the correct colour lace too.

Nice and full and I LOVE the colour.

I love the versatility of it too, I can straighten it, leave it kinky straight for a blown out look, or wet it for an edgy curly wet look style.

My only issue is that it’s advertised as ‘Glueless’ but it’s not, you’ll have to glue down the front - as it doesn’t come with a band. It has the adjustable strap in the back like most wigs to keep it in place, but the front will lift without adhesive. But I’ve learned how to use got2be glue gel thanks to YouTube so it’s all good. It’s the best quality wig I have so far. Customer service also very good, always answered my questions promptly.
