Purchase of new internal doors
We had a positive experience overall with the doors arriving in time and as described. The sales team were very helpful in dealing with any queries and providing clear costings and availability of selected doors. The delivery driver couldn’t have been more helpful in ensuring the doors were stored safely and correctly. The actual doors were as expected and reasonably priced. No issues or concerns with the whole process. Great job.

Doors are great quality i cant argue…
Doors are great quality i cant argue that, however service was terrible. Missed the first delivery as we weren't in - this was after emailing the day previously to tell them we weren't going to be there (due to the death of a family member). We were then told we had to pay the £70 delivery fee again, and they wouldn't make any allowances for an obviously exceptional circumstance. Ended up paying £140 delivery in total to actually receive our doors to then have to carry them from the end of our fairly long driveway because the delivery driver couldn't use the trolley on the gravel. Good doors, terrible service and delivery.

“Beware: Poor Quality Control and No Accountability”
I would not recommend this company. I purchased doors which turned out to have issues, but when I raised a complaint, they refused to take responsibility. Their position was that because the doors had already been unpacked and hung, they could not determine whether the problems existed on delivery — effectively leaving me with no meaningful recourse.
Instead of offering a proper resolution, they only suggested a token £30 “goodwill gesture” after several emails they went on to offer replacement doors at cost. For a product that should have been right from the start, this response felt dismissive and unfair.
I’m not usually one to complain, but I wish I had taken more care when my doors were delivered. I would strongly suggest asking the delivery driver to unpack the doors and inspect them before accepting. Also, request that the driver places them in a room of your choice. This would have helped me avoid issues later and provided me with clear evidence of the doors being damaged prior to unpacking and fitting

We do take quality control seriously, but once doors have been unpacked, worked on, and fitted, it becomes very difficult for us to verify whether any reported damage was present at the point of delivery or occurred afterwards. This is why we weren’t able to offer a full replacement in this instance.
That said, we did offer both a goodwill payment and the option to purchase replacements at cost price to help cover some of your expense. While we understand this may not have been the resolution you were hoping for, it was the fairest compromise we could offer given the circumstances.
We do recommend customers check and report any issues before installation, as this ensures we can resolve matters quickly and fully. Your suggestion about inspecting doors at delivery is a useful reminder, and we’ll look at how we can better highlight this to future customers.
