George and the team were so helpful when one of the doors we had ordered was out of stock. He helped to pick an alternative close to our other doors and the service was fantastic. I wouldn’t hesitate to use door supplies online again. Really please with the products and service. Their quick reaction to our order and resolving the out of stock door meant we managed to get the doors in time for our joinery to fit them. Thank you!

Sam is a greta salesman. He has a good knowledge of doors and he helped us a great deal. They are also very flexible and stored the doors for us until we found a fitter.

Doors where ordered, and delivered without issue. I had to make a change to the order and this was dealt with efficiently and easily buy a helpful team. Who confirmed the change by email. One door is on a long lead time, but this was made clear to me. Overall a good experience, so far.

If you need doors, external or internal, I would highly recommend you checking out door supplies online, especially Sam and Jamal….they were super helpful, patient and the aftercare was exceptional! They took the time to understand what I wanted, advised me appropriately and took the time to actually listen.

Product as good as quality as claimed

I honestly never feel motivated to leave positive reviews for companies – who has the time? But I had to make an exception here. I’ve been planning a large renovation and EVERY time I call Doors Supplies Online, they are so incredibly helpful, friendly and clear in their communication. I don’t know where they find their wonderful sales staff. If you are the CEO reading this, you should know, this level of customer service is a real USP for your company. I switched my order from Todd doors based purely on how rude and unhelpful they were and how lovely your team is. These days, you come to expect unhelpfulness as the standard way of operating everywhere - in healthcare, retail, utilities, local authorities. It is honestly such a delight to speak to nice, polite, well educated, and well mannered people and be reminded there are lovely people in the world who still care about doing their job.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

Very disappointed with this company’s return policy. I requested a return for unopened items that were still sealed in their original packaging, yet I was asked to pay a £30 return fee just for collection. This feels excessive and unreasonable, especially considering the products were never even opened or used.

The return process was far more complicated and expensive than expected. Customers should be clearly informed about these charges before purchasing. I would not order again based on this experience.

Outstanding customer service, even when. I made a mistake with my sizing the team were understanding and supportive to rectify the fault with minimum impact. Would definitely recommend and will use again.

We purchased an external LPD door for our new house. We are so happy with it ! The door looks very smart. We used door supplies to deliver and fit the door and they were brilliant! 5* would definitely recommend!

Easy to order and quick delivery and good product

Very happy with the quality of the door & service we received. When I phoned them up the call went through to a real person and not a recorded message which was good. The delivery of the door was prompt and delivery guy was polite.

We purchased some bespoke doors for our whole house and they are absolutely amazing! We were worried when we discovered our door frames were very odd sizes but this was no challenge for the team at door supplies online. The knowledge these guys have of the door industry is second to none. We were kept informed of delivery times and when the doors arrived we were blown away with the quality. I wouldn’t go anywhere else to get my doors! Thank you to the guys at door supplies online for making what we thought would be a stressful experience an absolute breeze!
