The phone call I had with the guy over the phone. He knew absolutely everything about the product. Very very helpful. To be honest I was shopping about but after speaking to him it completely sold the product and company to me. The product is installed now and is excellent quality

Good advice
Ryan got in touch to confirm my requirements for a fire compliant pocket door. His advice and help was appreciated.
A would like to feedback on LPD - I feel for the price and weight of the doors (which are very good quality) they need to be better protected in transit. Two of the three doors I received had marks on, while not detrimental it is disappointing. Improved packaging please!

Good company but will avoid LPD products..
Have had couple of issues with LPD doors as they arrived with damages however Jamal provided assistance all along and Im glad this has been resolved. Happy with Door Supplies Online but will not order LPD doors again.

A very painful experience dealing with…
A very painful experience dealing with this company. The product arrived faulty. I spent four weeks going back and forth with them while they repeatedly denied responsibility.
Eventually, they accepted that the doors were faulty and arranged for collection. However, I never received a refund. After reading other reviews, it’s clear this is a common occurrence when things go wrong.
Do not trust this company.

Thank you for the review and I am sorry to hear of the negative experience in this case. As I am sure you are aware that with any returns, especially claims of these being damaged we have to look into this to get further details and resolve the situation.
I can see that the fault was raised on the 28th of November and in under 2 weeks we had confirmed that someone would be out to collect the doors the following week for you, not in 4 weeks.
The refund has also been issued, but due to a chargeback being raised before we had the doors back this wasn't as simple as refunding this once we had received them back and took longer to issue the refund as you can appreciate.
I wish that we were able to resolve this for you in a more amicable way, but if there is anything else we can do then please let us know.
