Was a good shopping experience
Was a good shopping experience, I ordered a foundation but it was far too light. Might be helpful to have a way of getting small samples, as it can prove costly to go by pictures for this.

Ordered the mineral powder but was not…
Ordered the mineral powder but was not impressed with the brush. It feels so scratchy against my skin. The colour does not have the intensity I would like.
The lip gloss is very glittery. The bronzer is quite nice and the eyeshadows good value for the price.

I am sorry to hear about you not being able to edit the number of items in the shopping cart, but the options are there. Next time, if you’re using a computer, click on “Cart”, click on “View Basket”, and you will see on either side of the number of quantities in the basket is a “- and +” sign which should be used to add or reduce the quantity of items in the basket. At the bottom of the item in the basket, there is the word “REMOVE” which can be used to delete an item from the basket.
To edit using a handset, click on “Cart”, then “Checkout”, and along the top, to the left hand-side of the screen, you should see “Show Order Summary”, and next to it is a “Down Arrow “, clicking on it will show the content in the basket, and you can then use the “- or +” sign to add or reduce items in the basket or use the “REMOVE” bottom to delete an item from the basket.
If you’ve any issues when ordering next time, and it is during office hours, please give us a call on either 01622 687377 or 07901718506 and we will try and talk you through it. Thank you for your feedback.

The product I purchased was a concealer. Sadly the colour match was not great for me. Whilst I like the product, I find it hard to colour match and would like more clearer imaging online to show the differences between the shades better for more accurate purchasing and a better customer experience.

We’re aware of colour matching based on, on-screen picture of models however, we do not believe it is as accurate as trying the actual product on your skin with testers. This is why we do colourmatch tester palettes that you can purchase so you can try the product in the comfort of your home, before deciding whether or not to purchase the actual product.
Additionally, due to the endless variations in ethnic skin tones, plus the fact that colour appear differently on different skin tones, these subtle differences can’t be captured by a photograph of a model wearing the product on-screen. Also, no matter how good the picture of the model is, colour appear differently on different devices due to the quality of the graphic card on the device being used.

I didn’t receive the shade I requested
I previously purchased a shade I liked and placed a second order for the same, but unfortunately, I didn’t receive the shade I requested, which is disappointing. On top of that, I’ve had difficulty finding information on how to return the item or file a complaint, as the website is challenging to navigate.

Thank you for your response. As a returning customer who has made a few purchases without issues in the past, I find it disappointing to be accused of lying. I want to clarify that I actually like your product, which is why I’ve continued to purchase from you.
As I explained in the email I sent this morning, I initially purchased a few shades to find my correct match before settling on ST-7, which I was happy with. While the product label matches ST-7, the shade I received this time has a noticeably different undertone compared to the ST-7 I previously purchased.
I’ve revisited the website and located your contact details, and I’ve also attached images to illustrate the difference to your email response this morning.
In my effort to reach you, I simply responded to the email associated with the review of my order. I hope we can resolve this matter professionally and amicably.

Hi Leila, I am sorry you are unhappy with your most recent purchase, but that is because you probably ordered the wrong shade.
Thank you for the review although, your 1* star rating is based on a lie because on 16/3/24, you ordered one crème stick st-7 & one crème stick st-8, presumably you were satisfied with this purchase?
On 17/5/24, you ordered one crème stick st-9, presumably you were satisfied with this purchase as well?
On 19/12/24, you ordered one pressed powder st-7 & one crème stick st-7, and that is what we sent you.
We have forwarded your original order email together with pictures taken of the products before they were packed, which clearly show we sent you the shade you ordered. So, the claim in your review that we sent you the wrong product is untrue because we can prove that we sent you the correct products.
It is more likely that you ordered the wrong shade, instead of accepting that you made a mistake, you have chosen to blame us which is really unfair. Please check the email you received from the website at the time you placed the order, which will confirm you received the product you ordered.
Our phone number and email address was on the invoice sent with your order. Also, you could have found our contact details by simply googling the company name.

Hi Leila,
Thank you for sending the images, but the lighting makes it impossible to discern the undertone of both colour swatches. Please note that skin tone tends to be a tiny bit darker during the summer and lighter in winter.
Notwithstanding, since all of our products arrive at our warehouse already shrink wrapped for insurance, safety and hygiene reasons, we’re not allowed to open and check each product shade is accurate before dispatching it to customers. For this reason, and because we go by the labelling on each product when we dispatch them, we are unable to send you another product in case you are not happy with the shade again.
Therefore, to stop the toing and froing and as a goodwill gesture, we have refunded your payment of £14.99 for this product to your PayPal account. You can keep the product. Please do not order this product from us in future to avoid this sort of issues.
Delivery very fast and the product is awesome I have been using it for like 7years now
