Shopping experience at Dreams (Aintree store)
I phoned the Aintree store to see if the Ellis bedside cabinets were in stock so I could go and view them, spoke to Max who was very helpful. Arranged to go in to the Aintree store and I was greeted by friendly members of staff. Ordered the cabinets there and then which are absolutely stunning and matched a bed I'd purchased perfectly. Would definitely recommend.

I have been searching for the right bed…
I have been searching for the right bed for weeks I could see the dismay on my sons face but being 70 it had to be the right bed and most importantly the right mattress. I was giving up but called into Aintree. The assistant was Naomi the most patient helpful young lady she perceived with me giving me great advice and knowledge I cannot thank her enough so rare today but it had to be right for me. Best service I have ever had.

Kudos to aintree Liverpool dreams
We attended the aintree Liverpool store and were served by Lyndsey. Lyndsey and the staff were knowledgeable, approachable and committed to finding us our perfect bed. I have chronic pain following an injury and their in depth knowledge and sleep match machine found us our perfect bed and pillows in no time. Would happily shop here again in 8 years when we need a new bed again and would recommend it to anyone. Good job Dreams!

Bought a new ottoman as ours broke
Bought a new ottoman as ours broke. Was greeted and welcomed in the liverpool aintree store. The manager was kind enough to give 5% discount (could not get any more than this). The quality of the bed seemed good (Hopkins Ottoman). Delivery was prompt (next week). Good social distancing and offered a bottle of water. Overall happy with the customer service in store. Purchased the additional warranty for peace of mind. The salesperson had good knowledge and was able to guide us. I would recommend dreams to my friends and family.
