The delivery and construction and placement of the bed was as easy and enjoyable as my purchase experience. Totally professional throughout. The bed lives up to my expectations and the Companies claims about comfort and restful sleep.

Lovely experience at Dreams (Jess Ashton store). From the moment we arrived, the staff were welcoming, helpful and genuinely caring. Jess was very knowledgeable about the products, especially the beds with adjustable functions that we needed. The Sleepmatch made finding the right mattress so much easier, and we were given the perfect pillows to go with it.

Everything felt really personal and relaxed. We were offered a nice drink while we looked around and the finance options were explained thoroughly, which made everything clear and easy to understand. The whole process was smooth and stress-free. The delivery was booked for just three days later and the setup was all sorted too - one less thing to worry about.

We left with one very happy child who’s excited for her new bed to help with her surgery recovery. Can’t recommend them enough, we’re so pleased.

Great selection process, which I was a little doubtful about, excellent delivery process, and best of all great sleep since I started sleeping on my new Brookfield D mattress.

Excellent advice and ideas made me feel confident I've made the right choice. Lacey took the time to look at my photos and board ideas, gave me full information about different beds, mattresses, and additional products, and was patient with me whilst I was choosing. Other colleagues in the store also helped with some delays with purchase and were very friendly. Thank you!
