Great experience from start to finish. Surprisingly good communications. Lots of emails about delivery times etc. delivery was perfect. Product was perfect. In-store sales experience was perfect. Not too pushy at all. I'll often walk away rather than get into a pressured situation. Sometimes it can be excessive but this company managed it perfectly.

Purchased a mattress from the Ayr store…
Purchased a mattress from the Ayr store assisted by Kieran who help us use the Sleepwatch machine and then showed us the recommended mattresses. Very useful process and excellent advice from Kieran helped us make hopefully the right decision. Impressed by no "hard sell"! Although he suggested we look at pillows on this visit we decided to leave that decision for another day. Would strongly recommend.
