No pressure selling, just good old fashioned knowledgeable sales team, listening to what you want and giving the information asked for. No trying to sell add-ons or extras, which I hate!

Really pleased with my new Tempur Cloud mattress, excellent customer service from the Banbury store.

We were so pleasantly surprised by the quality of the customer service we received at the DREAMS Banbury Store. The Sales person named Tejal was so pleasant and helpful, I think we would have bought a new bed there even if we hadn’t needed one. It was such a pleasant experience. Thank you Tejal and thank yo Dreams.

Very welcoming, staff had great knowledge of the different products. Sleepmaster was helpful in directing us to the right sort of bed. We were given plenty of time to test various beds with being pressured. As bed buying goes, it was a great experience.

I had an excellent experience purchasing a bed.

While they were unable to supply the model that we wanted, we are extremely satisfied with the associate, the process to determine which mattress was ideal for our needs and the price.

I give it 1 star just because I can’t give less than that. The worst place to look for mattress.The worst customer experience we’ve ever had in our lives so far - we spent £1100 and 80 points of my credit score for such a low quality product which gives us only pain and the feeling like you sleep on the floor. When we complained about it, the resolution we’ve been offered is to spend £400 more on top of the money we’ve already spent. With all due respect this is absolutely ridiculous. My partner is pregnant and we don’t recommend The mattresses at all. Every mattress purchased from amazon without testing will be much more comfortable and much cheaper than all the mattresses in Dreams. We will NEVER make that mistake again. There is no point of visiting the store and testing the products as the one you will receive will be absolutely different in terms of how firm is the mattress. Absolutely no point of paying for accidental damage cover. We gave it a chance, but we really regret that as our bodies hurt every single night and every single morning. We went back to the store just to make sure it’s not a misunderstanding. We’ve been told that because it’s new it is so firm and it takes about 6 months to adjust. What is the point of the 40 nights guarantee then??? And the sales person said: “Yes I know, it’s ridiculous, isn’t it?! And if you are not happy, there is no way you can get your money back (of course your credit score will suffer) So in conclusion we’ve spent a lot of money for a very low quality product, our bodies hurt and I lost 80 points of my credit score!!! We will never recommend this Brand! The whole experience is like a vicious circle.
The resolution below actually requires me to pay an extra £400 on top of the money we already spent. Of course there is no mattress in the same price range.

Banbury store were excellent so helpful made everything so simple. The manager is brilliant our house move dates moved made the change is delivery addresses and dates so easy.

We visited Dreams twice before making up our minds about our ur purchase. On each occasion, the staff were very friendly, knowledgeable and patient. There was the opportunity to try out as many mattresses as we wished to.

Naju (Banbury) was expert at answering all of our queries, advising us and making sure we were happy with our purchase. Friendly and dilligent with his customer service.

Good friendly team, not pushy just gave advise when asked. Mattress delivered on date and time stated with thoughtful delivery guys.

We did notice a small 5p mark on the side of the mattress after it was delivered when unwrapping, we went bothered you could see it was most likely from the lorry (just a accident) rang costumer services to let them know for our warranty purposes they offered a replacement straight away which I said was pointless it’s only a little mark not affecting the use and In wasn’t looking for that just wanted to make them aware so they then said they would refund us £50 so really can’t complain.

Will definitely be using dreams Banbury again in the future 👍🏻

Outstanding guidance from Naju. Obviously thorough knowledge of products and very experienced sales person. Took time to really understand our needs and matched products accordingly. This is the second time we have used Dreams and specifically Naju to help us purchase items. Thank you.

Expensive mattress is good but not the excellent sleep I expected - but my wife is very very pleased. The pillows for me are too hard - but again my wife loves them. I was disappointed with the wait for delivery but I suppose in the pandemic that was to be expected, Overall a four out of five I think is a fair rating.
