I went straight from my Chiropractor's Office and parked at the Dreams showroom. It was too easy really! The Salesman went through a detailed inventory of my needs and after several trials of beds in the showroom I went for the softest Tempur mattress I could find and a base that enabled easy damp dusting underneath. As someone with fibromyalgia, the possibility of being really comfortable in bed was beguiling and I did rush into a bit, especially as my old bed was needed for the guest room for Christmas visitors. This new Leviathan in my life is a high tech bed and as such, I would say now, after several weeks, it takes some getting used to despite being wonderful in many ways, but maybe it's just my age! The controls are easy enough but it's the bedding I had to sort out. My heavy wool quilts just got dragged off on to the floor if I raised or lowered the bed, or even moved around, so I had to go for lighter hollowfibre summer/winter quilts. The new extra depth bottom sheet was still giving problems but I found a solution by using a king size fitted stretch sheet. Hey Presto! My chief problem with the bed is the gap between the mattress and the headboard. - I had wondered why there was a blanket tucked somewhat untidily behind the one in the shop! - I should have looked and probed deeper. - My husband, with his engineering skills, has suggested the fixing which attaches the bedframe to the headboard could be drilled so that the gap would be shortened by two inches. That would help. Or, simply, to take the fixing off altogether and fix the headboard to the wall. - What one doesn't realise initially is that any bedside table or drawers, becomes redundant when the bedhead is raised. The classic Feng Shui advice for ideal side table placement in the brochure does not work. It is absolutely no good for keeping one's cup of tea, or light, in easy reach when raising the top end of the bed. I now have a moveable table in front of these that I can reach more easily when sitting or just going for the bed control in the dark. - All in all, I am pleased I have this bed, but still find it a little odd. It does cushion pain and keeps muscles warm, but it's still a work in progress - the granddaughters are fascinated by it anyway and they can't bounce! I am still hoping to improve my sleeping pattern though, and finally bid farewell to insomnia.

Giving us several different opportunities in which we decided to purchase a bed and mattress. The delivery dates and times were to suit us and the delivery men very polite and helpful.

Our mattress was years old so was a much needed purchase but the fantastic experience we had in the store at Banbury was above and beyond. We were served by Rosie and we left feeling happy and soon to be the proud owners and a super comfy new mattress. Polite, welcoming and considerate when needing time to think over a decision. Totally recommend.

Walking into the store was a daunting experience, just arriving back in the UK after a couple decades and not knowing the brands available. After all buying a bed is an investment.

Rosie spotted me very quickly and engaged me in a highly professional manner from the get go. Before I knew it I was laying on my back on the bed machine. After just a couple of minutes of being 3D scanned, measured and fitted, the results were in and I was ready to try some recommendations.

Rosie gave me a suitable pillow and off we went. Rosie lined up 5 beds all of different price ranges. As I climbed onto each bed and got into my sleeping position, Rosie attentively watched to see which beds I lay on best. She made sure my posture was correct, noting when my spine was straight.

Once we narrowed it down to 2 beds, I then asked the technical questions and Rosie was extremely knowledgeable. Rosie gave me all the information I needed to make a confident and educated choice.

Rosie assisted me with a few other items, she didn’t just advise correctly on these items, but she went out of her way to make sure I got the best deal.

I will be back with confidence, when the rest of my family arrive from South Africa!

Went to the store for a new mattress, sales man was so helpful and was happy to spend his time helping me find the right one for me. He had alot of knowledge and listened to my requirements and budget. No pressure to buy have me plenty of time to decide and encourage to lay on the mattress for longer to get a really good idea. Fab service from the Banbury store.

Great service by knowledge staff. Was offered a range of suitable mattresses without the pushy upsaling! Was then left alone for a bit to try out in our own time.. Really pleased with our purchase, thanks Dreams !
