Such lovely and helpful staff in the Basingstoke store. Staff reminded us when balance for payment was due.
Our lovely new bed and mattress arrived exactly on time. The two delivery guys were so helpful. The items were well wrapped and packaged. The instructions to assemble the bed, were easy to follow, with all tools included. We are over the moon with our soooo comfy bed. Thankyou Dreams

The mattress is not as hard as I felt while buying.i get totally pressed inside the mattress while I sleep and in morning I get up with full body pain
I would like to return this mattress and get a firm one in replacement totally disappointed

I was really happy with the way I was treated in the store and also the time they spent with me to try and find the correct mattress. Yes, I would definitely recommend the store if anybody asked me to. The Staff were very helpful and likewise the delivery service team. So thank you very much.

The whole process flowed from beginning to end. I was listened to, advised and guided over my purchase. Everything was explained to me and my questions answered and it was delivered on time and my old mattress taken away.

We had a great experience buying our bed from Dreams. Nothing was too much trouble and the staff in Basingstoke were so helpful, and very patient. We had to keep moving the delivery date because our moving date kept being delayed and this was handled very professionally.
