Good customer service, good staffs and good product

Those who delivered yhe bed and assembled were great.
The sales person was good and helpful. However, the manager was not tranparent when i called to chamged the bed i had ordered to a single bed.
Also, customer service were not aware if the beds available at Beckton branch.
All in all the bed and matress are fantastic. Delivery was on an earlier date than previously agreed.

Personable service from Aslam and from another colleague. They gave great advice and helped us make informed decisions.

We had an excellent experience at Dreams, all thanks to Mike (beckton store). From the moment we arrived, he was incredibly helpful, approachable, and patient. He made us feel completely at ease asking questions, and nothing ever felt like too much trouble.

What really stood out was that we never felt pressured to make a purchase something that can often happen in stores like this. Instead, Mike genuinely focused on helping us find the right option for our needs, taking the time to explain everything clearly and thoroughly.

He spent a significant amount of time with us, making sure we were comfortable and well-informed. When we decided to take some time to think about it and come back later, there was absolutely no pressure. When we returned, he was just as welcoming, attentive, and helpful as he had been the first time.

Overall, it was a fantastic experience with truly outstanding customer service. Mike is a real credit to the team.

We visited the dreams branch Beckton on the 7th March and had the pleasure of being served by David.
I've been worked in retails for 25 years and may I say David is a credit to the company and for someone who has worked for the company for 2 years has mastered great customer service in such a short time.
From the time he greeted us at the door and helping my family along with my 85 year old mother in law to
The car when we left the store his service was amazing.
He greeted us at the entrance listened to or requirements and took up to the test bed.
Worked out the bed my mother needed and he impressed us so much he upscaled the initial sale from one single mattress to a king size mattress and another single mattress and Base.
We visited a few other stores that day and nothing compared to the service we received from David.
He is a real credit to the company will recommend to all my friends.
