I called the salesman Imran from the Beckton store in tears of joy. I'd had months of expensive private physio which wasn't working, and talk of being referred to neurology. I literally couldn't sleep more than a few hours at a time and my back could be sore and stiff for hours after waking. Numb left foot, electric shock pains down my left leg.

The night after sleeping on my new mattress, my symptoms went away by 90%. That other 10% happened soon after. Imagine waking up agile, no pain, nothing. It was my sister who had recommended the store, having had similar relief herself and praising the staff. I thought that £1500 was excessive for a mattress. I can say hand on heart it was what rescued me from my physical plight.

I was in store for 2 hours. Tested every mattress for comfort. Imran's advice and expertise were stellar. He and his colleagues were so patient. I told him on the phone later, that he is doing God's work because simply having the right support has given me back my health in a way I never expected. It enabled me to approach fitness with energy and build strength instead of feeling tired, emotional and depleted.

The delivery men were very jovial and they had it up three flights of stairs and installed in no time. It was peace of mind to have the guarantee that I could exchange it after 30 days if I didn't get on with it. But all these months down the line I never want to sleep anywhere else!

I am highly satisfied with my overall experience, starting with Imran in sales, who was incredibly patient and kind, even offering me water while I made my decision. This excellent service continued with the delivery of my Davies Dual Ottoman bed frame. I was kept well-informed from the point of purchase right through to arrival, and I particularly appreciated being contacted on the day with a clear estimated delivery time, which made the entire process seamless.

I have rated my purchase 4 stars instead of 5 only because I didn't realise that the base of the storage is a fabric cover rather than a solid floor. While I am very happy with the quality and look of the bed, I would have preferred a solid base for the storage area. Providing more clarity on this specific detail in-store or online would have made this a perfect 5-star experience.

The customer in the store was excellent throughout.

The products in the store and the sleep machine gave me an opportunity to find the mattress and bed that I really didn't know I wanted and needed.

I have been sleeping on my newly purchased Ottoman bed for about a month now. I can confirm that the bed is well made, beautiful and luxurious. The assembly was very quick and the mattress very comfortable. The staff were helpful and professional.
