Very helpful customer service. Lots of opportunities to try out the bed, and to use the computerised system that measures how you as an individual sleep on a mattrett.

We are so pleased with our new comfy mattress. The customer service was brilliant. The delivery men were on time and polite, and Cathryn in the store was friendly and knowledgeable.

The process of buying a bed is fraught with difficulties in wading through the various options and technical differences. This was made so much easier using the guidance given by the staff member who used her considerable experience to steer me to a suitable purchase. Despite my late afternoon arrival, she remained focused on the process throughout, as well as maintaining the social aspects of the in-store purchasing experience.

The delivery of the bed was a shining example of how it should be done. I was reminded of the delivery date and time envelope, and received a telephone call to ensure that bed was on its way. The van arrived on time, and the men were courteous and efficient in offloading and assembling the bed, ensuring that I understood the after sales process in the event of dissatisfaction or faults.

To date, the bed compliments the existing bedroom furniture and provides an excellent resting place.

In May we bought quite an expensive mattress from Dreams Beds in Bedford. However, the mattress didn’t work for us, so after 30 days we went back to the store and was seen by store assistant Cathrine, who was absolutely amazing.

We wanted to change that mattress and chose a memory foam mattress which was slightly more expensive than our original one. Turns out the new one was on sale, Cathrine then worked her magic and managed to waive any extra payments and delivery costs. The new memory foam mattress was delivered to our house yesterday.

Our first nights sleeping on a beautiful memory foam mattress was the best night sleep we have had in a very long time. We love our new memory foam mattress, we would definitely recommend dream mattress’s, especially memory foam, they’re absolutely the best & Cathrine was really helpful and did her very best for me and my partner and made sure that we were happy with our new mattress. We even bought two new memory foam pillows, which are so comfortable. I now can’t wait to go to bed to sleep on my excellent mattress and lovely pillows. Thank you Catherine.

Our only gripe would be, mattresses should be packed and rapped smaller to make delivery easier. The delivery guys did brilliantly, but did struggle getting the mattress upstairs and did a wonderful job.

My husband and I entered the Kempston Retail Park Dreams store not knowing what type of bed to get for our personal situation. We were looking around and after a short while, were greeted by a very friendly lady, who was very knowledgeable. She made us feel at ease and comfortable enough to explain the issues we had. She was obviously very experienced, immediately directing us to options of suitable beds and after trying them out we were able to confidently make our choice. She made our time in the shop enjoyable and came out happy with what we chose and a few weeks on, we are still very happy with our comfortable bed.

Delivered on time. My back hasn't hurt once since I had my new mattress, so I'm vey pleased indeed with my choice, guided by the Dreams system of determining which ones would be most comfortable for me.

Sales person was brilliant, helpful and knowledgeable, took me a while before I could have bed delivered but Dreams made everything easy just to let them know when ready.

From the moment I walked in the shop I was greeted by professional and knowledgeable staff. This curtesy flowed from the moment I had made my choice through to delivery, where the delivery team ensured my purchase was placed in the room of my choice and then provided me with further instructions. The whole experience was total professional and satisfying, well done

The guy that served us was very good, however one of the shop workers behind the desk was very rude and unreasonable moaning at our children whilst they were in the shop and after they had left. She clearly doesn't like kids and was unaware I was still there when she continued to be the only one moaning. Recommend using a different store.

Good instore advice. My purchase arrived spot on time as was put together with no mess.Its a really comfortable bed and I've been sleeping better already.
