Great customer service
Great customer service and good product knowledge from Olly. Tried out various beds and pillows and used the diagnostic mattress. Olly gave us a lot of advice and took care to see that we understood the whole process. Very good experience. Offered coffee too.

Very helpful in-store staff. Gave me plenty of time to ask questions and take measurements, go away to think, then come back to purchase.
Delivery was at the time promised, the items were put together and I was provided with useful information.
The items - two beds and a sofa bed are comfortable and what I wanted.

Yay! New Bed!
We were greeted in the store by very friendly and professional staff. We were guided through the process of buying a bed by Ollie, he was very thorough and looked after us well from start to finish.
We are looking forward to recieving our new bed in the coming weeks.
