I went in to look at Tempur mattresses, I tried different firmness types & was handed two different firmness pillows to test too.
I was torn between medium and medium-firm luxe mattress, I preferred the medium feel as it allowed my hip to sink in, and my shoulder too albeit a little less so as not as heavy. I'm a back and mostly side sleeper, I have had afib for awhile, so looking to take pressure off heart while sleeping on my side.
I chose the medium firmness pro air luxe. Afterwards I done more research, and me being a single person, side-sleeper just under 80kg and medium was the optimum, so I chose well.
There is the 100 day trial to exchange to ensure you have choosen the correct mattress or firmness if necessary.
First night was a little odd, as no springs to give push back, but over the next week I have found myself enjoying this mattress more and more. It takes a little getting used to not rolling over as easily as on my old, much firmer mattress, but I am really enjoying this medium firmness double sized luxe mattress. Still breaking it in, so a good start thus far.
I love it, and look even more forward to bedtime. I also got two pillows, a soft one and a medium one, hard to choose between the two, I like them both. I also purchased the Tempur mattress protector, no problems with that either.

The whole process was easy, Melissa in the Bognor Regis store was very helpful but not pushy. I tried the mattress tester and have now got the best mattress I’ve had for years.
Delivery was on time, the guys were great and very funny.

Everything went like clockwork

Mel was fantastic, really helpful even though we came in twenty minutes to closing... she couldn't have been more patient and informative. We ended up confirming the order then and there. She offered us drinks, showed us around, let us have a go on the magic mattress and informed us of all the additional warranties which we did indeed opt for :) thank you!

Melissa was very patient with me. She was very knowledgeable about all the frames and mattresses in the shop. She was not pushy in my decision of what bed to buy.

The manager we met in the Bognor store was very friendly and knowledgeable. He was the right balance of helpful and also left us space to wander and look on our own! Very impressed. The guys who delivered the new mattress were also brilliant and insisted on taking their shoes off and were so helpful and efficient. Definitely a 10/10 all round. To top

Great in store experience & service. Would have been 5 stars, but delivery staff was a little reluctant in taking the mattress to the bedroom top floor of town house, but did after noticing that I only had one leg..!

Delivery drivers, came in time frame given to me, put bed up within half an hour of getting here and took all rubbish with them.
