We went in to buy a single mattress for a spare room and ended up buying 2. Aminah is a very effective sales person who looked after us very well. Later we wanted to alter the delivery date and that was arranged with no difficulty. The mattresses were delivered with no fuss when the text message said they would arrive.

New bed
My bed was delivered when they said it would be. The delivery men were courteous and took care not to damage my property when they were removing my old bed. My bed is really comfortable I’m very pleased with it.

The support I got from the lovely lady in store, she explained everything to me after the 3 minute bed test which printed out the beds suitable for my needs, I tried every single one, no pressure at all and very helpful in me making my own choice of a new bed

We visited the store in Bradford. We wanted to have a look at the beds on offer. The service we received was excellent from start to finish. The staff were amazing very friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend Dreams to friends and family. We did purchase our new bed from your store and we are extremely happy with it.

Dreams promised to deliver frame and mattress in the room but they only delivered the frame cause they had to install it but they did not delivered the mattress in the room. I am unhappy about it

Very friendly staff who made our visit…
Very friendly staff who made our visit relaxed and put us at ease. The assistants were not pushy but was there to answer any questions and helped make sure we got the correct mattress. Would highly recommend a visit to Dreams.

Becky at the Bradford Forster Sq Dreams was so lovely, friendly and kind. Super helpful thoughout the whole process.
The delivery guys were friendly and Helpful. They walked the route to ensure they woukd avoid damage. They also wore overshoes to protect my floors and carpets I was super greatful for this. They called me by 10 am and everything ran smoothly.
