A Friendly Welcome at Dreams.
I was welcomed in store by friendly staff, & was told to take my time deciding what bed I wanted, I was told about how the computerised bed worked, & asked if I wanted to try it, then I was given help in selecting the bed I wanted, & given plenty of help without feeling pressurised. So I was extremely pleased with the service.

It was a fantastic service from start to finish. James knew everything about all of the beds and that made it easy to decide which one was for us.
Delivery was arranged for a day of our choice and turned up exactly on time.
The bed was easy to put together and was exactly what we wanted.
James let us know insurance was available which was very good for the price. So all in all everything went very well for us.

Good experience.
We felt comfortable when we went into Dreams in Braintree Village. We did not feel pressured to buy but were shown the different options available. It was a safe environment and all hygiene measures were taken.
We tried the automatic sleep tester thing and were impressed with the results which actually confirmed our views of what we wanted.

Excellent service, good prices, highly recommend
Excellent customer service. No hard sell on expensive products, made to feel very welcome. Store staff extremely knowledgeable, reasonable prices. We walked away with exactly what we wanted and the special machine they have to see what mattress suits you is great and was spot on, made our choice so much easier. Great all round experience, would definitely recommend Dreams.

Best service I have ever had in retail

Get in store and try out the goods!
Looked at a mattress online. But after visiting the Braintree (Freeport) store, talking with the excellent and very helpful/knowledgeable Kerry and using the sleep machine, we tried out multiple different mattresses.
In the end we bought a much more comfortable and CHEAPER mattress and used the saving to get some great Tempur pillows. We got a great, comfortable and supportive Mattress, new pillows, delivery, 8 year extended warranty and collection of our old mattress, for LESS than I was intending to spend on just the original mattress I was looking at (which we tried in store and was very uncomfortable!).
Get in store and try stuff out ... and don't think it's all just about the price. More expensive is definitely not always better.

I needed a new mattress and the lady in…New Mattress
I needed a new mattress and the Kerry in the dreams store was so helpful she did the bed test and let me try loads of beds until i was comfortable and showed me the dreams one which was perfect and a very good price. I would like to say again how pleased i was with the service excellent.
